second chakra definitely comprimised. since c0vid this chakra has been in lock down. i have tried ALL kinds of healing modalities. recognizing mind over body kind o thing. going to see a pelvic floor therapist in a couple of weeks. hope to get some insight. thank you for sharing your wisdom in this video. much valued. loved seeing you.
So hope my response isn’t redundant but it’s not only spontaneous but so close to now! I’m from a military background as an adopted child and that’s just the beginning. I’ve been mind and through my life’s journey I have never been able to create nor express. Until now Sonia

I'm all blocked but I think it's best to start with one which is the solar plexus chakra because I feel that if I have good boundaries, I'll be able to do the healing of the other chakras especially the throat chakra as I feel a lot of shame about my authentic self!
