I meditated on why I was feeling so insecure in myself, second guessing, not liking what I saw in the mirror etc. I got the download that my solar plexus is blocked. Hey Sonia, can a blocked solar plexus chakra cause a blocked/overactive sacral chakra? I love sexuality and creativity but had pelvic problems for years, I'm working on my solar plexus chakra and my pelvic problems are going away.
I felt a pop in my spine at the height of the solar plexus chakra, while doing yoga for this chakra, since then I'm much more confident, bloated belly is gone, I'm not walking like a curved ball, am 2 cm higher.
I was bullied in school and now at 25 I resolve these issues, but I grieve at the last years, I didn't really live... I was in full body muscular pain (symptom of solar plexus chakra blockage).
Now it is my time to live the life I'm intended to live, life is beautiful again, I feel alive now and my lower body is healing. Thank you.

Thanks very much for this wonderful video. My intuition knows what I need to do. My solar plexus is definitely blocked. I had child trauma and subsequent ptsd due to my experience from both parents and other family members. I had kundalini awakening a few years ago and the energy has been trying to enter this center and can't. I am in a marriage where I married him not knowing who I am. He was 12 yrs older than me. He was coming off a bad marriage. My boundaries have been violated, he hurt my oldest child (not his) and he has made all the decisions about our children together and is somewhat controlling. He tries to get me to second guess myself. I changed who I am in to be accepted by this person. The more I began stepping into my true self, the more there seemed to be a power play between us. We had younger kids, and I didn't want to put them through a divorce, so I stayed. That's what initiated my dark night of the soul. I will do these things that you mentioned. Loving ourselves is the greatest revolution. 💓

That’s true. When your light is out. They come and take over and push you around. Instead of lending a helping hand and go out to het out of the funk. They just keep stumping on you. Blaming that your doing it to your self. When it’s them who keeps the light out! Does not help the spirit. Gotta go out and find my joy. Find people who enjoy what I do.
