It’s amazing that at 51, I am finally finding myself and realizing how I have always felt a connection to my chakras and didn’t know what was going on or why I felt the way I did. That being said I thank you for all of this information. I now know I’m not crazy. My spirit as been trying to balance itself all my life. I love walking barefoot and now I know why. I’ve been drawn to essential oils and now I know why. I believe in holistic health and now I know why.. my daughter is drawn to color and know she knows why. She made the statement that she feels her space with color because it makes her feel good and her color scheme throughout her space is you guessed it the color of the chakras. If you can only imagine when all of this fell into our lap we both cried tears of joy, literally. We need to embrace this part of what we are called to experience. I’m grateful that she found it at 23 and I found it at 51 now together we can center ourselves. Thank you for providing us with your knowledge and enthusiasm your awesome.

@@07032046 I have been purchasing crystals and meditating finding out what calms me and centers me. The balance that I find within myself when I’m in a quiet place without distractions is what helps me the most. I allow my mind to drift and wonder. Much like I use to as a child. I am starting to embrace and love on me again. I also listen to a lot of affirmation exercises it helps.

Personally, I have started taking daily nude pictures firs thing when I wake upon (for me). This has really helped with my sacral chakra, loving myself in a way that makes me feel beautiful and loved.

I used to do a balancing chakra meditation with my mom every night before bed and I look back and realise just how much it helped me. I gave it up when I turned 14 and rebelled a little and I'm only reconnecting with this whole part of me that I'd forgotten at 18 🥺

I'm big into essential oils and love that you integrate them into your practices. I would like to add something as a nature/animal lover that is rarely mentioned when suggesting essential oils, which is that most ECs are very toxic to cats so please use caution and do your research before using them. They're really fascinating!

I have yesterday come across your channel and I am amazed and feel so grateful to have found it. I needed it. I’m not going to lie when I first heard about crystals healing you or chakras or mantras a while ago I was like this feels false like I’m faking believing it because maybe it’s silly.
