- Hey house lovers and explorers! This old Villa was in the suburbs near the beach and was only owned by 2 families for over 100 years. Nothing altered apart from some 1940`s updates although the place is a salvage process there are lots of old features still to see including an old photos perhaps a past young resident or relative. Hope you all enjoy the tour. Cheers for watching
Hey Paul yes definately has all its awesome old features, i wonder how old that girl is now from the photo. Love that blue oven too mate, and still the old kitchen looks cool. The kitchen cupboard looked like it was upside down. The original toilet awesome mate another cool explore cheers.
Thanks, Paul. That villa would have been top quality living in its day. I thought of an updated name for your videos which came to mind from your comment as you enter the properties you video. How about - Urbex InWeGo 😁 Love ya work
Houses cost a fortune these days, and people say they can't afford a house. Yet I see video after video of beautiful places being demolished that could have been repaired. A lot of these places could have been purchased cheaply.
She’s got some wrinkles and broken bones, but she was once very beautiful. I love this place. Such a shame it’s been left to decay beyond saving. 😢
Thanks Paul, really enjoyed seeing this one x
A sad old gal here sits and waits until it is gone for good. It's great to see some old features still inside, telling stories of the past. Glad you got in there to see and share with us all before it is gone. Cheers MM :)
Thank you for taking all of the time that you did, Paul. I hope that mantel isn't going to be trashed. It was still a very beautiful home, and, as always, the loss of the trees and vegetation bothers me quite a bit. That apartment complex next door is so ugly- SDK
I sure hope somebody saves that sweet little gas stove, it would be a shame for that to be scrapped. Thank you again for sharing your explores!!
Oh my! A hidden gem. She would have been the envy of her neighbors.
What a beauty she must have been.love the stained glass.and the stove is very nice, pretty blue. Thanks Paul👍❤️🇺🇸
This is another really great find and it is in a residential area
an awesome abandoned house about to be torn down and
as always another nice abandoned house thanks.🇦🇺🤠🇦🇺
What an absolutely charming home. It must have been so lovely. The kitchen is a history book!
That was a nice sturdy family home. I love the stained glass and that blue stove was gorgeous.
I hope u save the pic of little girl in fire place so don't become lost time by going to the Trish drop
The old spoon has the emblems for Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales. I remember the Swingaway can opener. The gas cooker we had in 1950’s in Edinburgh was similar to the Sagasco, but also had an accessory tap on the right front.
Cheers for that info George. Kookaburra, Metters and Parkson also made very identical stoves, glad you had one from the 50s Cheers for watching 👍😁
That was really cool 😎 old place even with the salvage process there was still a lot of cool history left
Thank you 🙏 Paul for the lovely explore of a charming old late Victorian villa, with what once stood with a grand facade and elaborate entry with the leadlight. It saddens me that so many of South Australian old villas are left to ruin and demolished. 🏡
Thank you for the mid-week video🌷the blue stove was a beautiful shade of blue. Have a good rest of your week !😊
It is unfortunate that such a house is for demolition, (although I can see the foundation damage). I just hope it won’t turn into those horrid things like next door, the grey and white units 🤢.
Sad the old girl wasn’t restored! Awesome video mate cheer’s ! ❤️👍🤘
Urbex Indigo thanks for sharing this video with me about Old Villa ready for demo, still old leadlight/Stove/photo and retro features this was a really good video i really enjoyed it and God Bless.
A once beautiful home about to be torn down. Such a shame. How cool to find that picture of the little girl! That blue stove is a great find, I love it! Thanks for showing this old girl before she is gone forever.
Hey Paul. Thank you.
Another great relic from the past. Why have they taken all the door trims off and thrown them in a pile?
That is very good timber. Not to be wasted.
You're fantastic knowledgeable narration really grounds me back to my early Australian roots.
The house will be gone. But the memory of it lives on because of your videos.
We can keep those habits alive.
Grow a lovely English garden. Plant beautiful trees and roses.
Bring out your China teacups for afternoon tea.
Keep the memories alive in all of us. 🇦🇺
I like that stove too, I wonder how well it'd clean up, I'd think that could be worth something.
Thanks for the tour Paul!
👍🤠

🌟Oh my gosh absolutely beautiful love it, the stained glass I love everything about the house such a shame the salvage process had started already I’ll bet it was beautiful in it’s prime. Thank you for the tour 😊❤🌟x

Thanks, Paul, for another great video. I always look forward into seeing them. I love seeing these old houses. How people used to live back then. As always, stay safe and be careful. See you in the next explore.
Thanks for keeping me company, while I wait for my day to start.🌅
Paul, Thank you for sharing this old home. I loved seeing the stained glass and the old stove and outhouse. Plus, the wood details on the veranda. and in the hallway woodwork and the matching stain glass. To me, no one has lived in it for a long time. I love seeing the black and white photo.

Hello Mickaël Who cool vidéo 👍👍❤️❤️😺👋👋👋
@23:01: that back lane was part of a network of what we used to call "the night cart lanes" around the Brighton, Adelaide, South Oz area. Before town sewage was available, people used to hang the bucket from the backyard dunny on the back fence & the night carters would regularly empty said buckets. A long time ago, I had a mate, Ray Carter, & for some odd reason, he answered to the name of "Night"...🤣 Good on ya, Paul!!!
Good evening again sir
Oooh a blue one so niiice
❤❤❤❤❤. Beautiful old home.. so sad to see as is now ..❤❤❤❤❤❤
Do you think that was a picture of a family crest on the old spoon?
Beautiful old lady. I love how other than a 40's kitchen bathroom upgrade it's mostly original. Love that kitchen
I wonder if the verandah might have had the old Bull Nose verandah at some stage ?
