A tipical Aussie house , so much fun ,parties, kids playing in the neighourhood, house with neighbourhook local kids, and 60's music constantly neigbours talking ove the fence
Urbex Indigo thanks for sharing this video with me about 2 homes ! immaculate late 50's and a 1920's interwar style home it was a really nice one the first one but the second not so good and thanks for sharing it i gave you a thums up and shared you out my friend i am from the U.S.A and i always enjoy your channel and i will always show support and God Bless.
The first property was just beautiful and outside grill, olive tree and pomegranate tree...what a shame it is going to be demolished! Such a waste. The 20s home still looked pretty sturdy. I loved those bedroom cabinets. Thanks for another awesome video!
Hey Paul. Thanks for another look at our architectural past. First house Post WW2. Sturdy house. Not much character. But a great assortment of fruit trees in the huge backyard. Meditteranian family I'm guessing. Second house was a nice cottage. Has a bit of charm. Great exploring with you. 👍🇦🇺🍺
🌟Hi Paul, another two lovely homes from yesteryear very classic shame that they are going to be demolished for ugly boxes with no character and charm. Thank you for the tour. ❤😊🌟x
Gee, how's the size of the land on these blocks....No wonder the developers are rubbing their hands together, kinda sad, but it's the reality of property developers these days. They had some nice features. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, MM :)
Hi paul, great video on the two homes, my mother had a sea shell light shade like the one in the first home. Love the art deco in the first home too. Keep on with your great work paul. Cheers deb
That cowrie shell light cover must have been a source of pride. They always remind me of living in the Marianas. So many preserved details in the first home. What a little gem, though pink, blue and black bathrooms always seem a questionable choice. In the second house I like the choice of a picket topped toilet door for air circulation and to reduce anxiety driven claustrophobia. What a practical idea to install sliding doors in a home with narrow hallway and small rooms. This one is charming! Thanks for these lovely characterful explores!
Of course everyone and myself likes the first house explored, I hate "carpet tiles" though. I've never seen them in a residence before, they look "commercial". I belive those light shades were home crafted. 24:13 I cannot imagine what this area is for except a makeshift sleeping area for a miserably hot summer night. Thanks for the tours Paul! 👍🤠 🇺🇸
Great it's going to be two abandoned houses today before they are torn down and they are both very nice especially the first one but as always another awesome look at more abandoned places there have a great week and until your next video Thank You.🇦🇺🦘🤠🐨🇦🇺
Hi Paul, thanks for another great explore. Both homes are great. I love how they used to have the built ins in the bedrooms with the drawers etc. (second house) and I think they had an above ground pool in the backyard of the first house alongside the shed. Go back and have a look, it looks to be a indent of where it was situated. It brought back memories of when my aunt had an older weatherboard house with an above ground pool in her backyard back in the early 1970s. Take care
At time stamp 13:01 that tree is a palm granite tree if fully ripened you can eat the the juice they sure are really good my grandmother had them big trees in her front yard. when fully ripe they are red in color.
Too awesome explores mate the first home alot of work would of been done to those sea shell lamps loved them, the vase was cool the Greek temple Acropolis. Im wondering if there might of been a pool there from the pump in the shed probably all filled in where all those fruit trees were. The second one ok got a bit sketchy when that bike was there no squatter geez. Hey mate loved the ceiling rose and that retro bath cool, cheers again mate.
Hello Paul,They both could definitely be saved. The townhouses are all over the place were i live as well.I never thought i would see them putting up theses townhouses next to were Historical houses are.I love watching your videos.
I have been renting a joint unit for 19 years LOL i know, i know way to long in one place. But i have all ways tried and move into a house wether it's a 2 or 3 bedroom. Livin on ya own is really hard to move into a house 100% joint units are really crap i wished we never been flooded by joint unites.
Thinking about some of your other videos of abandoned homes turned into grow houses, I was wondering if Australia has had problems with illegal immigration of criminals involved in drug trafficking, as has happened in the U. S.
Aliens can't just walk over a so called border to get here. Lots of drug trafficking in container ships. On the news tonight they were on about the housing crisis & a shortage of tradies/builders so we need 80 thousand (I think that was the crazy number)immigrants to build things haha but where will we house them? There is a huge crime wave of "youths" stealing cars & breaking into houses lately though.
There is a lot of older houses in the eastern and north eastern suburbs getting knocked down for redevelopment. The blocks are large why have one home on it when you can at least have two? Someone is making big bucks
.lordy please save that cactus. The flowers make a lovely smelling oil! 😍
Someone really cared about the first house. It’s still in immaculate condition.

In the U.S., if a room doesn't have a closet, it can't be called a bedroom.
Thanks for the tour Paul!!
A very welcoming home, love this one. ❤

The first one is still very nice and could be lived in again as it is. The 2nd one looks salvageable to me. Nice places!😊
I love that Greek vase, Paul. Great find and so sad these places are going for the rows of boxes they call modern houses. Great explore my friend
Have a similar 50s home, I've really enjoyed going all through your old videos on 50s houses to see what mine was once like.
I used to have a light cover like that in the 1970's with the shells.
❤
🌟Hi Paul, another two lovely homes from yesteryear very classic shame that they are going to be demolished for ugly boxes with no character and charm. Thank you for the tour. ❤😊🌟x
The flowering tree is a pomegranate!
Lovely old homes, sad to see them go.
Still watching mate ,, always looking forward to seeing more.
Love the front door and the other glass doors on the 1st house
I love old houses, mine was built in 1965, same age as me 😊
What gorgeous homes. It's a shame that they will be torn down. Thanks for sharing 👍 😊
For a second there I thought that you had stumbled across the Ashes Urn. 😂😂
First house to me the bathroom and extension were the only ones rooms that were good size. Pretty vase.

Both beautiful homes! That 1958 bathroom! 😍

I’ve seen sash windows on homes built right up to about 1970.

Hi Paul... interesting couple of old houses. That print on the vase is the Parthenon not the Colosseum. Very decorative!
Those seashell lightshades were pretty popular in the 80s. I remember my mum having a couple
The 1sr home was gorgeous, 2nd, ok, it makes me ill to see them all coming down. Thanks for the explore!!!!-SDK
Hi Paul...the Greek Vase print is the Parthenon not the Colosseum, the vase is beautiful. Ive been to the Acropolis. Cheers 😊
It's a pomegranate Paul

Another shame. Such nice houses. 1st one double block.

All boring dog box townhouses 😞
what a waste of beautiful trees.
