Update - You can transfer Pokemon from bank with the mobile version of Pokemon Home as well, its slightly hidden in the options menu. Options -> Account -> Move.

Funny how people do that. I have the old computer program that lets you create Pokémon with real ID’s and force them onto the save files of DS cartridges. When people used to request something like Level 5 or lower Palkia in Diamond and Pearl, I’d hack it into the game and screw the person over. Best feeling ever. I got so many shiny Pokémon out of it that are coming to sword and shield with me.

My favorite of the 3 Kanto starters is Squirtle but I already have a Squirtle with the Rain Dish ability that I moved up from Ultra Moon & started breeding so once I get the app, I’ll probably pick Bulbasaur. I have Home on my Switch, already been using it there, definitely will get it on my phone.

Literally when I traded all of my shinies and legendaries from my Ultra Sun game to Home, then bringing certain shiny legends and mythicals to Sword, my power grew immensely! I laughed at the fact you can Dynamax Mew, Mewtwo, Solgaleo, and others that I haven’t found out yet.

Thanks for the break down. In my google play I didn't see it either. I got the email, had to add it to my wish list and download it from there. I WISH the switch version and the Phone version functioned the same. I don't like having to use 2 devices when I don't need to. It is actually very inconvenient to me.. I also thought that being able to transfer from S/M US/SM to Sword and Shield was going to be free for 30 days but only poke bank is... that's a let down. Not that is matters unless you pay there isn't enough room to hold the complete Pokedex anyway. I was hoping they would at least do that.

So you’re saying you like spending $20/year for a crappy Nintendo Online service AND THEN having to pay another $16 just to trade Pokémon from a previous gen. Y’know, a thing that we used to be able to do for free?
And don’t even give me that “oh, it costs money for data storage!” because one Pokémon is literally 25 Bytes of storage. That makes 6000 Pokémon only 2 MB of storage!
Not only that, but apparently an app that YOU ARE PAYING FOR NOW is having crashing issues.

@@beatlejuice1165 swich online is literaly for every game on the platform, and transferring mons betwen the Swich games is still free, you don't need the subscription to transfer mons between sword, shield, let's go pikachu, let's go eevee, and GO, if anything it is cheaper because you no longer need two consoles like in the good old days when it was "free"

I chose bulbasaur because I already have a squirrel and char in shield
When I use the gts and try to get something like a level 5 Eevee the thing people would want from it was a level 100 starter. 9:50
i searched in the GTS for a normal cyndaquil, no high levels, no shinies nothing, just like the one you get when you pick it.
well guess what? people want fucking zamazentas for it. this is taking scams to the next level.
You can transfer some Gen 5 legendaries, Mew, Mewtwo, jirachi
And Alola starters over to sword and shield.

@@menacingstands7862 that's why he put the comma there, to clarify that he means different legendaries. You could also read as this: some gen 5 legendaries AND mew AND Mewtwo AND Jirachi. I'm pretty sure he knows that Mew and Mewtwo are from gen 1 and Jirachi from gen 3. He is in fact right, you CAN transfer some gen 5 legendaries like Zekrom, Reshiram and Kyurem, but also legendaries from other gens like Mew and Mewtwo.

josh juniper haha I just downloaded 15 minutes ago and gts was the first thing I checked out. It is very broken but I’ve still found legit trades. Only thing is you got to get those trades fast cause I’m a few months almost all the trades will be broken
josh juniper welp I take that back. My prediction for a couple months was wrong. I just checked for stonjurner and they are all level one and they are asking for mew’s and marshadow’s. Not a single one is asking for a non legendary

In the mobile version of pokémon home I can't link my nintendo account it says "This account is linked to another device" or something along those lines, but i haven't used it on mobile yet i've only used it on my switch. Does anyone know how i fix this?
I thought I was the only one who had this! I put my entire switch on sleep mode to see if it would resolve the issue but it never did .. somebody please help if possible.
Clear all data and restart the app. Then when in the beginning when it says to link a Nintendo link it.
Apparently it was linked to my mom's phone, which was weird because it didn't work for a bit but then I open the app on her phone again, and boom i was on it. Strange

I have a level 91 Blastoise and wanted to trade for Solgaleo. The person wanted a level 91- 100 Blastoise, but it didn't let me trade for him
