"No conclusion" is the best answer for many of these cases. As hard as that might be for some to accept. Nice work here Dave.

There are several cases where it's claimed that pretty strong FLIR signatures are jets are up to 100 miles away. If this were possible, wouldn't many FLIR videos be littered with jets? It's hard to find a piece of airspace where there aren't at least a dozen jets in a 100 mile radius. Around major cities, the FLIR would be absolutely packed with jet IR signatures.

If it's a wide angle shot and the jet is 100 miles away, it may be imperceptible at the resolution of the recorded footage, and sufficiently faded relative to other objects in frame like the ground or clouds, etc. IR-light cameras tend to have much lower resolution than visible-light cameras. The pixels may not be small enough to represent it. If it's a narrow angle zoomed in shot, then you're more likely to be able to detect something farther away but a much smaller area of the sky is visible in the footage and it's less likely to have any other random aircraft in frame.

Without doubt the Chilean UAP is a a Lufthansa A340. The contrail isnt a compressor stall, its a contrail. Contrials start and stop as the aircraft flies through air with different humidity. Its simply out of focus and travelling away from the camera.
