So eine Box Dagegen gaukelt dem Motorsteuergerät vor, dass er zum Beispiel 0,1 Bar weniger Ladedruck hat, demzufolge erhöht das Steuergerät den Wert, und das mit anderen Werten, Kraftstoffdruck etc...

ive been telling ppl around me how good racechip is. I've tried racechip gts for two different cars Forte Gt and F30 330i, on both cars I could definitely feel the increase in torque and hp. but u'd also need to get better tires to truly see what it does to your car
of course, you could feel the increase. If you went to any company to put the car on stage 1, you would've felt it too. But it's safer to go to a good company that looks at what the car does, compares the stock and tuned figures etc.

Do that in an NA car and the differences between the two times would be enormous. Turbocharged engines are impressive, but you just don't get the fireworks at the top end. They're almost more enjoyable in the midrange where they deliver 80% of the power with 20% of the effort. You can see why the majority of highly coveted engines are of the NA type.
That was my first reaction when I drove a friend's polo TSI when I had a N/A Civic. However, I since switched to a turbo engine for my daily driver and I wouldn't go back, at least not below a certain displacement, which comes at a big penalty regarding taxes here in europistan. That being said, if I'd have to buy a performance car, I wouldn't sneeze at a good N/A engine !

My A-Class is 1.1 seconds quicker to 100kmh, and feels rapid compared to when I didn't have one. Bearing in mind some vehicles react differently to others when using tuning boxes.
@@DB-qz7se It's a 2020 A200 Petrol (1.33 litre engine, W177 model). i'm using a chip from a company called TDI-TUNING. It cost me about £350 gbp here in the UK, and took the car from 163bhp to a 'claimed' 201bhp, which I 100% believe given the performance figures its delivering. It's also increased my fuel efficiency from average 39MPG to 44MPG since installing it.
I was thinking the same.. My 2014 E89 Z4 35is "only" has 377HP and 589Nm (stage 1 tune by Mosselman and dyno'ed) and does 100-200 km/h in 9.94 sec according to Dragy.. Maybe less drag etc, but you would think 120HP more would well compensate for that..
@@inflatable2 Interesting result. I own a second gen Cupra Leon from '08. With a stage 1+ tune. And 100-200 time is around 11 seconds(stopwatch though). I only punch out about 320bhp and 450 nm. Stock software with cai and decat it managed around 13 seconds.

Euh look at the timing on the video: Off, I clocked the 100-200 in around 10 sec which is fast for a car below 400 HP. On, I clocked around 9 seconds. We ll wait foe the actual chrono but it does not look like a huge boost and there not sure about the claimed 460 HP or so which could be a bit optimistic!

It's great the way it is in stock form. No need for any of this. I'm guessing from a roll it would do mid 10s 100-200 kmh. Incredible performance.
The g42 m240i did a 10.06 100-200 so I’m guessing this can be in the 9’s with that tune

I bought one GTS for my X4M but no difference in terms of performance from 100-200kmh These boxes are fake. 0.1 seconds faster 0-100 but thats it

Barely any difference in 100-200 after that tune. 1 second less for 90 bhp and 110 nm more. Dissapointing. Dyno it because those numbers are not real.
