Bamboo Airways has caused lots of youtubers' attentions on its service. From customers' perspective, It's always good to have more competition. There is a typo in your video: the boarding time should be 9:23pm I supposed. Shocked when seeing your time shows 9:23am & the sky was so dark even though it was a rainy day.
I frankly expected more from the crews, especially during boarding and landing. From what I can see they are....flat. And no one bothered to wish you goodbye during landing..... Also yeah, those seats can be a dealbreaker especially with no headrests.
Hi Jayden. Its great to see a clean plane, especially in the loo. From what I know about that kinda plane , they have e similar layout to a Boeing 737, maybe that's why only 3 loos, not 4 !🤔 Lovely to see your trip to the zoo included at the end, too
Hi Heather! Yes most 737s have one at the front and two at the back. A321 may have 4 since it is slightly longer. Airlines/ aircraft manufactures aim for a loo per 50-80 guests :)

On the other hand, If I were to travel with in Vietnam domestically with an International connection to SFO or MNL Vietnam Airlines might be the better option between Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City since VN is a member of Skyteam alliance since KE DL CI MU AF/KL ITA can redeem their milage on VN domestic.
'Laid back' is a good description for this flight. Loved the bumpy landing and the screeching to a halt just before an active runway, but, hey, it worked. No good stuffing yourself at a buffet lunch and then complaining the hammock isn't up to the job, mate. Lovely resort tho

Thank you - I will use them domestically next time I go to Vietnam. Jet Star was like a messy rattling farm truck last time I was there. It was scary.
haha jetstar pacific is now pacific airways. Qantas sold the rest of their ownership to Vietnam Airlines i think
