Poor built apartments (zero modern, trendy or even standard), empty restaurants, it’s def not even remotely close to Tulum as that’s vibe it’s trying to compete with. Not impressed at all, HCMC 🇻🇳 is 1000% percent better and I always prefer beach towns…

Helpful video thanks but QUICK TIP: Stop saying things like "its so cheap" or "its only $3" etc...2 reasons. 1. It aint gonna stay that way when owners hear tourists saying things like that which makes it harder for locals and some tourists who dont have much money... 2. It can be really offensive and extremely frustrating for people who are making ,$200,, $500, $1000 per month to hear things like that. I used to be more naive when it comes to stuff like that. But after traveling the world for 20+ years trust me on this advice. Better to use words sparingly like its a good price or its really affordable, but either way the more you say things like its "so cheap" or "my rent is only $500" the more prices will rise. Better to just share the prices with a more neutral tone and let whoever is watching or listening decide if it is cheap or expensive for them.
Very nice editing. Some that I saw in the video seems like drone footages. Are you allowed to bring and fly drones in Da Nang, especially Ba Na Hill?
