    Love the São Paulo pass. Been watching videos on it all weekend trying to see what I can improve, and this one was by far the best.

    This dude seems like an awesome coach, he knows his stuff and explains it very clearly. I would train with him then hang out and get beers together after class

    I must master this pass. It makes closed guard a trap. Can’t get it on other brown belts. Yet.

    This is pretty awesome! I saw variation where you block the hip using the Left hand. But this variation is much better- and more grueling :) love it

    Thank you I usually do it the first way you showed however I make sure I pin their wrist to mat whole time until I switch my hips. I’m going to try this variation
