Unsure why you were putting the cap back on for the bleed procedure is there a reason you did this? Usually unnecessary and creates extra work because you dont want to be opening the radiator hot

Fill to the top, squeeze the hose to get air bubles out top up if required, I bought a 4ltr container so unsure how much I used
