    #1: Serotonin calm us down. To boost serotonin, reminisce good memories and look at old photos and write in your journal.
    #2: Dopamine makes us feel pleasure. To boost it, write a bucket list.
    #3: Testosterone makes us feel powerful and capable. To boost it, use power posing for at least 2 minutes.
    #4: Oxytocin makes us feel warmth and love. To boost it, cuddle.
    #5: Endorphins makes up feel happy. To boost it, exercise and move your body.

      1 expose yourself to the fears. 2 mentally break down the phobias so you can understand it, and maybe realize it's not as bad as you think it is. 3. talk to someone about it.

      EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is great for neutralizing phobias. (Ignore the tapping specific points, though, as that's really irrelevant despite what they say.)

    The best way I've found to snap out of a funk is to shave off my eyebrows & draw them back on a little too high with a Sharpie …

    You should study kizomba dancers. It is a partner dance that is extremely close - chest to chest and often nicknamed a cuddle fest and the highlight of it is when you feel a connection with your partner.

    Honestly, the best way to get out of a funk is to just let it pass naturally. When I implement any of these tactics, I’m conscious of the reason why I’m doing it. That just makes me feel even worse.

      I believe no mood is permanent but it must be very hard to get out of it. have you seen a grief councelor? talking with professionals helps a lot :)
