Long story short, I filmed this at a busy driving event that allowed me only 20 minute with the car, got distracted and forgot my clip on mic Shouldn't have to explain myself anymore, but seems some people have a serious issue with it and need to grow up personally You are entitled to your opinion but if it's not going to be constructive or help in anyway, don't bother commenting just leave and go elsewhere I decided to put the video out as I knew it would bring in engagement as there is a lack of content on this vehicle and for those that have successfully placed an order on one, firstly congratulations on the purchase but remember you have already committed to the car you don't need to be spending time on RUclips listening to other people's opinions/thoughts
Looking at these now. They just have so much more personality than the standard ST. The colour, the accents, the wheels, even the stitching. It has so much more personality
As I said Adrian, this video was just a short drive & initial impressions of the car; the suspension setup is 2 way manually adjustable so you can alter the compression and rebound to tweak the driving characteristics further Personally like the Fiesta 'ST Edition', I found the ride to be better than the standard version; far more compliant and less crashy Thanks for watching 👍🏼
Nice video. I own a mk4 Focus ST, and I'm very interested to hear your feedback on the suspension, which I find is the weak point of the ST. Sounds like this is an improvement
Appreciate the kind words, out of the box the Mk4 ST is great package! ... Used the Mk3 RS platform to learn from a lot of mistakes made! As it is a Ford Performance product, the suspension was always going to be on the firmer side, no where near as firm as a Mk3 RS for example but I'd say it was near on the limit of becoming a little too firm As I always say, ride comfort is subjective and everyone's threshold is different but for me the KW coilover setup on the ST Edition is brilliant and should have always been available for the car (as an optional extra) it now gives you a scope to change setup to accommodate your driving feel, in turn allowing to soften/harden the ride I had a week with the Focus ST Edition baby brother, the Fiesta ST Edition and that too was far more impressive than it's standard ST3 version. For me, made the driving experience more dynamic 👍 The standard Focus ST setup is fine, but if you're keeping the car for the long term; a dedicated coilover kit is a great/sure way to get more out of the car Thanks for watching!
And ford have 300 of these only for sale.. or so they so.. so they are pretty limited. Not sure if the 300 is just for UK or worldwide.. nice video pal.. the sound was ropey but the content made up for it.. good job

Nice car, I test drove a st-line x few yes back and it was nice but I really don't like that plasticy gear knob. I'm surprised they made such a shit one when you touch that often. You sprouted a beard lol, suits you 👍🏾

I never understand non constructive criticism, its just like when people moaned about some of the comments on Top Gear - if you don't like what you see or hear then just change channel... Its a click of the remote or a click of the mouse away... Why do they feel the need to simply trash things - simple - they are sad and lonely and have nothing better to do... IMO!!!
I don't understand it either my friend and unfortunately it won't stop, in fact it's only getting worse As I was always say, would it be the same case if they saw me in person/face to face? Thanks for watching!

I wish you said more bout the suspension. The say it's 50% stiffer than in normal focus st. That colour looks amazing though
