I’ve wanted to be a royal marine since I was 5 I’m not 16 and I’m still going for it next year I’m going to join the Royal Marines Commando trainings so hopefully I can complete my life dream and become a royal marine. Wish me luck guys and girls.

Got my medical soon, suffering from shin splints since buying new running shoes any advice
I passed my phone medical if that’s what your talking about, honesty helps but say less answer only what is asked but don’t hide any burning medical problems it will be found out.
Shin splints clear up after you rest or slow down your schedule, concrete running fucks your shins aswell so run on soft ground or go long walks instead of decent runs for a bit or focus more on upper body while shins heal.

There are no female Royal Marine Commandos and currently none in training so you won't see one before 2022 at the earliest.
