Built this in a test world and it works great. Got about 6 stacks of iron in about 10 minutes. Just would like to put out there that the spawn rates of iron golems does go down at night time because most of the villagers go to bed. This farm is great! Thanks for the straight forward tutorial!

Weird. Are your zombies and villagers alive? Also, make sure the villagers have slept before scaring them with the zombie
