- Minecraft Farm Tier List. This is my BEST video yet.
don't mind the description that may or may not have been stolen from Kool
there's too many people to tag them all individually, but i gave them credit in the video :)
imagine ranking every automatic farm of minecraft in a tier list? well imagine no more, this is not a video about minecraft classic and whats even more classic than that is knowing how much does minecraft java edition cost, not to mention minicraft or block game 3D. but also think about the children, education edition AM I RIGHT? also minecraft farm tutorial videos definitely help, pls, and don't forget minecraft iron farm 1.19 or even 1.20, but really what is the BEST redstone farm of minecraft, the java players would say java dream smp tommyinnit pogchamp but the bedrock players would say tiktok hypixel 1.17, 1.18, 1.19, 1.20, 1.21 i can count so high. apologies for making you all read that. don't tell Kool about this (: - Игры

Bamboo is S tier after it became an alternative for wood
It doesn't look good
@@Yegor_Mechanicyou can craft with it
@@Yegor_Mechanic still useful, and if you are too lazy to mine wood, just make bamboo farm.
@@theHappy0reoalso good if ur in a server with the item selling things
@@Yegor_Mechanic yes, but if you manage to get just 1 bamboo, you will pretty much have infinite wood
2:26 cactus farms are usually used not for just "acquiring dye" but because they can theoretically produce the most amount of experience that is being stored in furnaces.
Exactly
And for servers with economy

Not to mention a decent bonemeal conversion rate.
1:22 Fun fact: beetroot has a max age of 3, making it the fastest growing (to max) crop in the game. It’s useful in early game, for chicken farms and for auto-composters, but overal is pretty useless
dried kelp better
Zombie flesh better
Clownfish better
villager beatmeat better
@@deeeeeeeeeeeeeeee You *beat* me to it
Bone meal should be placed higher in my opinion. Super versatile, simple and useful.
Its inefficient and better to use mob/skeleton farms imo
who tf is manually bonemealing an entire farm? its useful but not overly so; only early-game, if your starving or if you need like 3 wheat on demand
just make a skeleton farm using a mob spawner, better efficiency for bones/bonemeal + free arrows + bows for dispensers
@ZerglingLover Bone Meal is the only way to grow things like Pink Petals and Sea Pickles, and a good way to get a ton of wood.
@@ZerglingLovernobody, you can make thousands of logs or any food with bonemeal using some of the farms, you just need to hold right click
The Tier list we didn’t expect but needed.
The vedio I saw but never build !!
Thanks for mention some of my farms! I'm currently 96% complete in designing an auto farm for all 1400 items in Minecraft if you ever want to tier list them all. :D
Minecraft redstoners never cease to amaze me. The video might be a few hours long but I’ll think about it lol.
5:32 no. this is how copper farms work, drowneds that used to be zombies never get a trident after conversion
6:20 fish can be used for villager trading
90% sure he plays on bedrock
Didnt they completley remove afk fish farms?
@@camilorodriguez5602 doesn't matter, converted drowned will never have a trident. Only drowned that spawn as drowned can carry, and thus drop, tridents.
The thing I love about afk fishing farms is, you can set em up in basically all afk spots. For example, if you afk in your hostile mob farm you normally just sit in a box above it waiting. With just a bit more effort, you can also be getting some enchanted books, nautilus shells and the likes for basically no extra work.
The farm itself isnt good, but the convenience is just nice
You can’t get anything but trash and fish in afk fish farms now. If you want treasure you need at least a 5x5x5 area of pure water to fish in which is way too big to make an afk station.
@@jasonsenter1646 Not for me though, fish farm carried my early game and I got a book with Fortune III Unbreaking III and Mending

Actually, one of the best trading purpose mobs in the game. Meat is bought by Butchers, Leather can be sold itself or to Librarians along with paper, and Priests buy lucky charms. Great if you surviving in a Dessert or Taiga biomes.

I have a pumpkin farm that's automatic and it's great. I use it to trade with my farmer villager and get emeralds! Also it's good to be back to watching you!
i loveeee your narration pacing and monotone commentary , especially when you make the conclusion... so hilarious XD
Quality vids this channel deserve more tbh

Gizmo:Mushroom Farm
Also gizmo:shows a slime farm
REALLY EXCITED FOR THIS ONE!
7:20 nope... raid farms are mostly for the emeralds dropped by vindicators (and another pillager mob maybe? i dont remember) and the totems from evokers. They produce a ton of these and shoudl definitely be in the OP section. The hero of the village effect is more of a side bonus.
unpopular opinion, but I believe raid farms really shouldn't be in the game or deserve a downgrade
Totems also make HC lame
@@VeryCoolCatBF cold take its the strongest farm in the game as you get emeralds for every trade in the game totems and enchanted equipment for free.
@@localidiot2777 well exactly, that's why I stated my opinion

Another useful thing that comes from Blaze Farms is the blaze rods themselves, not just the dust. As blaze rods can be used as a fuel source in furnaces and such.
With the crafter coming out, all these farms will be just better overall

Potato v carrot v bread v wheat was so strange. Also, rabbit farms are very nice if you play with bundles. Also just to say that you made a jumping potion. (Useful for making bases that are hard for other players to access.)
Muchrooms are useful for crafting fermented spider eyes and also their property for emitting a block light level of 1 makes them useful for slime farming.
And how are potato farms in the OP tier? They're only good in the early game as a food source, but once you build a hoglin farm, potatoes are only really useful for breeding villagers or for getting the poison effect from the poisonous potato. At least with something like wheat farms you can craft things like hay bales and target blocks, which are useful and carrots can be turned into golden carrots.
6:10 the old afk fishing farm is mainly for the fisher trader, better loot requires a 5x5 water source and 2 fish swimming in it
THATS WHY MY 5X5 AREA DIDNT GIVE ME LOOT
Does it have a special kind of fish or any of them do the trick?
Tree teir list video is so good too lol, thanks man
Id also add skulk farms or warden farms on that list.
You can make tons of skulk which grant xp and just placing it near another mob farm with maybe a cobblestone generator farm underneath it.
With warden farms skulk catalysts which can creat more farms.
Stray farms are just skeleton farms with powder snow to transform them into strays. The loot table is much better. They usually have a better chance to spawn with armor and slowness tipped arrows drop which help a lot more than normal arrows. Plus bones and bows which also have a better chance at being enchanted.
Early game they're a god sent to have a good stack of arrows some bones bows and armor pieces.
Again like skeleton farms just add some powdered snow and cobwebs and they become strays. Simple extra step(s) that yield much better results than a normal skeleton farm.
Also those eye sore big random mob farms are p much necessary on some survival / challenge worlds / maps
ones like skyblock or single biome worlds.
bamboo farm is useful. you can have multiple fletchers and they will trade sticks, and two bamboos can be craftedd into a stick.
you can get loads of emeralds from this
2 bamboo for 1 stick* but yes sticks are great for trading for emeralds and bamboo is the best to get it unless you make an automatic tree farm.

Kelp farm is op for beginners in the bedrock edition as we can get kelp block bome meal and xp in just seconds
the drown farm doesn't work in Java edition anymore (or it never did) from what I heard online. Because drowning a zombie (so transforming it) doesn't change what it's holding after it.
rip
copper farm 💀
There is a drowned farm that is built in the end. It is super easy to simple. I should note that it is mainly a Copper farm, but it is modular
If a zombie with amor turns into a drown, the armor will pop off with full durability. So you can make an armor farm with drowns
just function on bedrock edition.😊
Yes, a farming tier list
can you add links to that farm examples ? im kinda old for this but i wanna learn and its pure joy
Thank you to remind me to touch grass, I almost forgot what real grass looks like
In my current realm, I decided not to zombify my villager trades..
So 1. It’s actually costly if I lose my gear and have to re enchant everything..
2. I have to farm every item and trade them all to keep up with emerald demand.
3. It makes me have to get creative and utilize everything I can.
I normally don’t farm pigs… but I can sell pork..
Can sell berries. Lots of things.
I’m having fun with a variety of farms I don’t usually build
mans forgot one of the most op farms for early development, the hoglin farm. Just requires like half a double chest of stone to build at most and makes a double chest of cooked porkchop in like an hour plus a ton of leather for books later down the line. Super easy to build too
if I'm not mistaken the general mob farm is designed by Gnembon, and not by Shulkercraft (the most of the farms on the Shulkercraft´s channel are not his).
yeah, but shulker craft did the tutorial and they are clips from their channel
@@G1zzmo82 You can give credit to both or use content from the original creators. Unfortunately, everyone thinks that Shulkercraft created these farms when he stole designs from other redstoners without giving them credit.
the general mob farm has been a thing since alpha dude, I doubt it was gnembon that originally designed it
You are NOT mistaken. The shulkecraft channel is a bunch of thiefs that stole every single farm they showcasefrom others and NEVER credited them. The weird thing is: Why the fuck should i watch them instead of watching the original creator? Doesnt make any sense.
@@Crackers0106 True but Shulkercraft still did not create the design credited for, moreover none of their tutorial are their creation
I like the blaze ones, I used it as fuel more than for potions

This might be on bedrock but kelp is still really useful, there’s still 0 tick on them, they can be used as a fuel source, and they can also help turned to and automatic bonemeal farm, wich you could use to make an automatic sugarcane farm and other stuff
Imo string farms are the ultimate op'd farms
1. Spawner get xp and extra items like spider eyes for potion shenanigans
That is an alright tier
2. Glitch / exploit with tripwire you can get tons of string for trading and craft the next best thing wool.
Both wool and string can pretty much meme your way anywhere
Traps via tripwire
Xp and stuff from villagers
Bows and crossbows (see last point with feltchers)
Traversing the ancient cities so much easier
And best one is
craft beds with
In the nether and the end dimmensions they explode you can meme finding ancuent debris and defeating the ender dragon.
If I didn’t watch this video I wouldn’t know that real person really spent their lives building a fucking bat farm lol
Cactus farms were useful back in the Crazycraft Orespawn days for making Miner's Dream.
op tier: gold-piglin farm, cobblestone farm, *enderman farm* , piglin barter farm, grass farm(4 your health), *iron farm* (must), potato farm, *raid farm* (for totems), *villager farm* , watter bottle farm(nope)
plus: staek farm - I like steak too for food
thanks for reminding me with the water break to stay hydrated 👍
The Drowned farm is way better now that you can get Copper from it, and they're adding all those new Copper blocks in the Trial Chambers too. Tho until I play survival with it, I won't be sure whether it's easier to build a drowned farm for Copper, or destroy a couple of those trial chambers for it
Me when brown mooshrooms get put in alright tier when you can get saturation suspicious stew from feeding them a dandelion. If bowl foods stacked in any way, it would be the best food farm when paired with a flower farm.
Beetroot just looks goods with all the other crops, like the red part, but I hate harvesting it. It's better just to look at it lol

10:50 Unfortunately, killing rabbits is the only way to make bundles and jump boost potions, as well as the ballanced diet achivement.
(Getting rabbit parts from you cats, still counts as killing them, btw.)
NO, you can get them form cats' morning gift.
flower farm useful but bone meal good? I connected my bone meal farm to my wood and flower farm and some other farms. Bone meal farm can also be small and efficient. Even though there are some other options for getting bone meal like skeletons, I feel like bone meal farm should be useful.
Bat and bonemeal are massively underrated. All food farms are made irrelevant by hoglin farms. Also literally showing the purpose of mushrooms while saying they’re useless is funny. I can’t tell how much of this is satire honestly

cat farms that doesnt kill cats is useful for creeper farms

@@G1zzmo82 ok
personally i don`t consider raid farm worth building, what redstone? you get crap tone early days of mining if you dont walk by it, emeralds? just set up string farm with couple fisher traders. totems? only times i use them is for ahievement combined with falling from top build limit to lowest build limit. glowstone? don`t really use it that much so i passively have more thn enough usually by just being in nether. sticks? just use wood farm. gunpowder? creeper farm. glass bottles? way faster to just smelt some sand. sugar? sugar cane farm. spider eyes? how many can you need. banners, crosbows or ion axes? how many can you need? granted on the plus side its all in one farm but still overall its ok but not something i would go out of my way to build
One cat on a lead can be OP if you walk around at night, they repel creepers, after all.
Mix this with a swarm of dogs and a "cracked infinity bow"/crossbow with harming2 arrows + piercing(you can reuse arrows like this); you are practically a god, just don't heal your doggos, breed them so you have more and more all the time and you don't have to worry so much about them dying or wasting so much of the flesh you'll get from zombies just to heal one dog at a time. Just add more dogs.
Not a bad ranking Other than the low ranking of tree farms, wood is in EVERYTHING. Its easily a top tier farm, It could be argued to be more important than basically any other.
Given that farms gather resources for building / making more farms there's only maybe Iron and XP that matter more.
there is separate farm dedicated specifically to wood collection that yields better than tree farms.
tree farms farm any wood type and saplings making them more complex where as wood farms typically farm large spruce wood for maximum output and due to it only needing to fix one model of tree is easier to build for.
you're so underrated + yes make a redstone tier list 👍👍
bro COMPLETELY forgot you can make wood out of bamboo 😭
I don’t really see the major benefit of that. Wood is already ridiculously easy to get and I don’t know how it could be used more than all types of wood can.
@@VoidHxnterwhat makes it good is it’s just a tree farm but way less complex and is easy to understand for normal players, and if you know how to do auto harvesting with redstone machines then it’s just infinite wood without needing tnt dupers and stuff
Beetroot can be crafted into red dye, though why you would need stacks of red dye? Guess red pretty for wool...
reminds me of kools tier lists
Ink sac farms are useful for emerald trading to villagers, so it should go up to ok tier.
I don’t know if I’m just exhausted and slap happy, but dude had me constantly laughing

Hear me out please guys
Beetroot is somewhat OP
It is the fastest growing crop
Makes it great for trading
And theyre really visually appealing imo
good point, but steak better
or just make a fricking hoglin farm and never have any food problems again. Otherwise, I agree that beetroot is optically appealing.
I fast forwarded then saw grass and water in the OP tier so I rewound until I found where those farms were listed and I must say, got a good laugh out of those, definitely belong in the OP tier 😂
I think you forgot about honeycombs being needed for candles. And candles are lit ;)

I will subscribe because of the hydration break… I appreciated that one
hydration is very important
Sheep farm is a sleeper for sure I use it to trade for emeralds and fuel my super smelter when the bamboo farm can’t keep up
I made a general mob farm that doubles as a music disc farm.
Gunpowder is S tier since TNT drops all blocks. Need some sand? 1 tnt = 1,5 stacks
Sick of that mountain? stack with TNT. Want to make a canal? TNT
Even more so for players who don't like to use the TNT duping exploit. Other farms are almost impossible to build without TNT to actually collect the blocks.
Also rockets for elytra and splash potions
thanks for the water reminder ill subscribe for that
One correction though, most if not all of Shulkercraft's farms are "stolen" from other youtubers. He aggregates them.
Some of the ratings border on subjectivity rather than objectivity, with some useful farms getting lower or upper tiered because of farm prejudice (ie "the rating is that way just because i ducking hate/love the thing for no reason at all")
I think this would be better if it was taken a little more seriously and had about three factors: easy to build-ity, yield, and usability. But hey why not.
Beetroot farms could be useful with hypercured farmer villagers and nothing else. Cat string farm could be useful when you need a lot of scaffolding + bamboo farm Though yield will probably be lower and you can just use a broken iron farm in bedrock. Afk fishing with mending+luck+lure+unbreaking can be pretty op but you have to afk hours for it to get anything useful. Wandering llama farms are inefficient since they spawn in periodically. Rabbit farms (gasp) are good for potions and trading with leatherworkers. Afk chicken farm is the best since you don't need to breed them to yield anything good.
My friend found a bonemeal farm that generates like 9 stacks in an hour from duplicating and breaking sand with planted kelp on it
nice
This tear list is kool

AFK fish farms are a great way to get food early game too.
Wandering traders have a chance to drop milk buckets and invis potions
Also many of these farms are designed for peaceful which is more difficult then hardcore
3:08 Honestly I'd rank it at S Tier. The sheer amount of pain and suffering inflected upon Cave Spiders is more than worth it!
drowned farm is also good for copper as its pretty much the only way to farm copper
