- On this episode of Road to the Games catch up with "The Avengers” - four-time Games champ Rich Froning, two-time Games silver medalist Mat Fraser, 2015 Fittest Man on Earth Ben Smith, 2015 Fittest Woman on Earth Katrin Davidsdottir, and 2015 bronze medalist Sara Sigmundsdottir as they get ready to compete in the live Open announcements that kicked off the 2016 Games season.

What can be said about katrin and sara? they should be one of the faces of companies like nike, under armour, adidas.... Beauty, athletic ability, personality... it is all there. These companies want to find role models that encourage women to be strong, determined and confident ; they should be looking at these two.

The emotion and intensity of the athletes combined with the soundtrack gets you amped up. The production crew does a good job of editing with these. I could watch them all day long. I've watched the 2014 documentary about three times and the 2015 one twice. But it won't be the last time I'll watch either one.
Sigmundsdottir must be the nicest person I ever seen... She's always smiling
Crossfit is a community. They are competitors on the field but they all are friends after the games... That's what I love about it.

Someone design a different spandex outfit for each of them. They're all super heroes. I like how Sara is always talking about food. If you were to tell people how much she eats they would fall over. They still don't the whole you have to eat more often concept when it comes to fitness. Even for the 9-to-5er GPP person, calories are your friend.
