For most Weapon Types it will still come down to what you're fighting at the moment & how good/bad the Hitzones & elemental Weaknesses of the Monster are. This is what it's looking like at the moment for MHRise/Sunbreak: [Element] Dual Blades, Charge Blade, Bow Hunting Horn, Switch Axe (But Raw has cases were it pulls ahead) [Raw Damage] Greatsword, Gunlance (some of the balanced Weapons favour Raw aswell 👇) [Balanced] Longsword, LBG, HBG, Insect Glaive, Lance (slightly favours Raw), Sword & Shield (slightly favours Raw), Hammer (slightly favours Element)

I’m not sure how easy it is to get on meta sets, but heaven sent procs grinder(S) and allows you to forego proc polish and speed sharpening if you desire such. Paired with evasion to keep heaven sent up and you can keep damage and sharpness management super high
@@YokaiNox btw question what talisman would you prefer for the build a mail of hellfire Level 3 with level 3 decoration and level 2 decoration and level 1 foray, since it's lucent narga's who has poison,foray would add a tiny bit of extra attack power when i poison the monster and I was wondering if that actually would be better than my buildup boost talisman level 2 that I have with level 2 critical boost with the same deco slots (I have both of these talismans)
@@Switchaxemain Since the Build only require 1x extra Level of Critical Boost, your 1st Talisman is gonna win here for sure. Usualy the extra 10 ATK from Foray wont do much at all for a Build at this point when the Poison is quite low, but it's definitely a welcome free bonus here! Special since it's on the Talisman better suited to the Build anyway 👍🏽

For raw hammer you want. Focus2 or 3 Buildup boost3 Status trigger3 Attack7 Critical eye7 Weakness exploit3 Critical boost3 Bloodlust1 Frenzied bloodlust1 Burst1 Coalescence1 Mail of hellfire1 Master's touch3 Chameleos blessing3 Evasion 5, to trigger status trigger to get more build up boost procs Then whatever comfort you want. Build probably looks like, risen kaiser helm+chest, risen Valstrax arms+legs, risen Shagaru waist.
A little late for questions here, but what about the Qurios weapon effects on the Scorned Swaxe? It looks like Lucent’s has 2 Attack and the rest is Rampage slot?
I'm running it with max ATK Augments & then Status to finish it off. Alternatively you can also go for a Affinity & ATK mix, but i wouldnt recommend it.
I'm likely starting work on that Video after i had a few days with Granblue Fantasy Relink. TU6 LS has very few improvments over TU5 LS, that's why it was lower on the to do list for the TU6 Builds, than some of the other weapons. But it will still happen ^_^
I like the build, but im not sure why there’s any reason at all to take the lucent Nargacuga SA over the scorned one (though you did point it out as an option in the video)
The ScoMa Swaxe is definitely a good option, but there are 2 reasons why the Lucent Narga takes the priority spot here. - Less Shaprness to go through, wich lets you (re)activate Grinder(S) faster. - Better Slots for the required Decos Either way, they are so close in overall performance, that it realy deosnt make any "noticable" difference. So you can absolutely just run what ever you prefer, as mentioned in the Video 😊👍🏽
😄LS is just lower on the List of priorities for TU6 Builds because the weapon pretty much maxed out it's potential in TU5. It has the smallest amount of improvements for TU6 over TU5 out of all weapons.

Is it better than elemental? I tried to make a DC,Furi,Heaven set SA (simillar to DB Heaven set) but it damage is lesser than my raw exhaust SA build, so I kinda confused. Or maybe someone can explain?
This Build can beat Elemental Swaxe. But it all depends on the Monsters Hitzones & Elemental weakness values. For most cases elemental Swaxe will still be stronger, because elemental Swaxe is ridiculously good in Endgame! Dc x Furious x Heaven-Sent doesnt work well on Switchaxe. But you can make a Heaven-Sent x Grinder build for Swaxe, wich is very good. It's in the Video i linked at the end of this one (TU5 Raw Swaxe Builds)
Yup, i mentioned Para Swaxe in the previous Raw/Status Build Video, for a very similar Build. You can absolutely run it with this Build here and it will perform great 👍🏽
I am struggling with getting armour shards to upgrade my armour to do the later content. Does Anyone know the best way to do this? Surley not the lizard 3 min run its so boring! Also great vids really helpful build to strive for.
This is pretty much impossible to answer without knowing what your current MR & AR is 😄 The most efficient methods for farming Armor Spheres change depending on that. But in general your best call is to just grind Anomaly Investigations, or do some of the Events that reward you with extra Armor Speheres. Glad you're enjoying the content! That's why i mention that the you can adjust the Build by just droping some of the ATK Boost at any time 😄Or even drop the Expert+ 4 Deco if you're bringing a Fighter Palico (since it can give you 30% Affinity for free). You can then easily add Stun Resistance into the Build. I do that quite often aswell ^_^
I might put that in a voting poll soon , so look out for that ! ^_^ (There havent been many changes to Status Swaxe though over the last few updates. So the Builds from the Status Swaxe Video are still relevant. Right now, only Paralysis is worth building for specificaly)
Well this is a Endgame Build Video afterall 😄 For MR 80 i recommend just checking out some of the previous Switchaxe Videos on the channel. They will be much easier for you to make at that pint! :)
Nah. It just doesnt have good value here. It's not included in the Build because we have other skills, that offer far better overall value than Foray. It's just not a good fit here. But as i mentioned in a note in the Video, you can still add it if you have a free Lv 2 Slot. But it's like a B- Tier skill here.
Mathematically it's the strongest Raw Damage Swaxe build without constant Health Drain Skills. In terms of pure DPS, it will ofc not beat Element in most cases. Since Element is strong as hell on Swaxe.
@@robb1e102 It's all explained in the Video ^^ But to summarize: You can make the Build without any Augments and still get all of the essential Skills. But you will ofc loose some damage, since you wont have the additional bonus damage skills like Mail of Hellfire. (If you end up needing extra Slots, drop the Adrenalin Rush)

Why you have level 3 Rampage slot on your this weapon?
Because you need it for the Switcher Rampage Deco. It's the best Rampage Deco you can use for Swaxe.

when using the blast switch axe, for the quor is max attack or max blast enhance?
Always go for Attack first on Raw based weapons. Only after maxing that out go for more blast.
