You can buy cone grips which are the same shape as these and more than likely prime modeled the kaz handles after these cone grips that i have. They are meant for arm wrestling workouts and got them from amazon. But I just bought the rot8 handles and long bar now I want all prime attachments . Well worth the money

These bad boys work amazingly well. About the same size as the blue Fat Gripz (for comparison) but better ergonomics.
