Sometimes you have to turn off the sensors on the DJI Mavic Air to get your shot. Today's video I am trialing it out.
Yew boy, proper job.

Make a video on the zhiyun crane! ✌🏻
go on then....
Is it true dji spark is louder than mavic air out door?
Nice to see so much positivity coming out of your personality. All of you TOP
U really don’t need to make this 10 mins to tel us how to turn off the sensor lmao
DubstepReact 🤣 getting that watch time up!
It turns out that not only December is magic but February too. Or the treatment started to work and Francis is back!
Proper Job mate!
30k subscribers. Francis, you're unstoppable.
Well on your way to 100k by end of this year.
YES! What a day, so much fun! Fire content as always Frank, can't wait for you to see the NatNomadic Edit
Each time I see you two, it put a smile on my face, really enjoy your happiness ! Get going Mr Proper job ! ;)
Epic positive content Francis. Thank you 👍
Epic drone footage mate, your flying skills and nerves are on point!
I got a Mavic Air recently. Can't wait for all the snow to be gone here and get some decent temps so I can try this no sensor stuff in the forest. Loving your vids from Canada.
Great job, congratulations !
Love the videos man so inspiring
Excellent. I agree with comments below, it is good to see you guys enjoying life so much. I subscribe to many drone channels, but for some reason it's this one I keep watching! I guess it's your honesty and the fact most posts are more about you and Jess having fun and making drones entertaining. Also, you're pretty good with the cinematics of it all. Nice.
Nice one Francis!
Loved the video very much have a good one.
Nicely done 👌 always scary in narrow spaces, but the shots are amazing. Keep it up!
Fun video Francis! Sooo glad to see you and Jess on a more regular basis again!
Good to see you again bro. From my experience I 2ill recomend that when you use no sensor in between trees is a good thing to use the prop guards. Trust me it saved me a bunch of times jeje
Ayeee nice video mate! 👊🏻
Graet video !!
Awesome video, hoping to go to Ireland this summer to capture some good b-roll shots
Great video again Francis the Forrest looks good for a camp great work enjoyed 👌
Another great video mate
Cool shots👌👌 I subcribed 😊😊😊
Thank you
Curious, could you fly the drone forward and reverse video in post? Does that degrade video quality? Love your videos and follow you and Jess on Instagram too.
When you did the reverse shots through the trees what were your settings? Are you color grading? Thanks!
Hi. Another great video. Hope we see the video after of the behind the scenes. Also hope to see the drone footage you took in the forest. The forest location looked so beautiful and amazing. Cheers .🇨🇦 All the best!
Fun video again! How did you do the through the trees shot? You first flew in a direct line and then..? Just backing up or what? Why was the controller beeping like that? 😋
Really nice flying mate nice one don 👍👍👍🤠
Hi Francis
Good video and what beautiful forest.
Will be exciting and see what you, Henry and Jess have filmed.
One good thing is to have Prop guard on whether to fly in the forest between the trees. I haven't done it myself but you just gave me that idea to try it.
I blame on you if I crash….. just kidding :)
One problem that I have experienced myself is if RTH get activated for example low battery and the drone flies straight up into the branches.
Luckely I manage to rescue my drone and only one prop went broken.
It is important to fly with a good battery and be quick on the Stop button.
Have the best, you, Jess and Henry
Hi Francis noticed you don't use the stick on the controls any reason why and should you stop the drone by putting on it's side, sounds like i'm negative? but I love your content. I have a Mavic Air and love it also.
Nice videos.... one thing though, when hand landing you're putting extra stress on your motors doing it that way... try this instead.... open palm, full stick down.... it will want to avoid just keep stick down. As soon as it's in your palm, a second or two, motors will shut off
Hey from Vancouver Canada. Great location moreover nice edit. Subbed you .Cheers
I'm travelling to Ireland in 2 months, really looking forward to it and filming sick drone footage.
Do you know if I have to ask for a permit if I'd like to fly in a nature reserve or a national park?
Searched the whole internet but didn't find anything about it....
Here is a guide on Drone safety and essentials o know the rules before your fly in IRELAND

OPW drone ban on Irish heritage sites, sorry.

Love your style of filming mate, risky turning off the sensors but like you say, if you want the shot! Going to Ireland in the summer for a week so hope to get some footage with my Spark. Grateful of any tips on places to visit if you get a chance!
Cool. I still scared to do this. I like your videos. Wish you all the best. I hope we will do some collaboration in future 😉
Nice video chum, quick piece of advice though, dont keep turning the drone over on its side to stop the motors, trust me they will burn out the bushes etc, we used to do the same to our cost.
Nice video Francis!!!
One thing, i have seen in your recently videos a cool edit effect from your drone shots, i don't really know how to explain it, is like a zoom out but the drone is moving frowards...(minute 9:10 of the DJI Mavic Air Malfunction & Crazy Winds!!!! video) it would be great if you upload a video tutorial explaining how to do that.
Would like to know that as well! Looks great
Can i know , what equiment used .?
Francis, beautiful location in that forest in Ireland. What a great backdrop for some B-Roll and that waterfall really made it quite a great spot to shoot. Very cool! Hope it's still easy to get in and out of there in a few weeks with all this Brexit stuff going on....
Amazing video, Beautiful footage ,Can I turn Sensors off and on During flight?
Yes you can!
Are you in Roscommon?
Great vid. 💪💪🖐🖐🇳🇱🇳🇱
What camera do you use 😍
👍👌
Always, when I look for a simple information, I find videos where a lot of the content is not related to the title/information I'm looking for and that's a little irritating to say the least.
Do a video on the crane please...
We want a video about the Crane
Prop guard might help, does look like stabilisers on a kids bike but no one is watching?
How?
I have nightmares of losing my Mav Air :( It haunts me...
Proper Job, jess and henry bro and sis ?
Is that Peter McKinnon?
would have been much easier to fly the drone forward and reverse clip on post
Very very true!
im not that smart
DONT TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN!! YOU HEAR WHAT ITS DOING RIGHT?. it will come down and stop just hold down.
Andy trek slash 8 2016 yeah, he usually lands it on his hand but lately he’s been flipping it which is not a good idea and he’s even said as much in the past.
Came here to check how to turn off sensor..... nope.
oh and check out my recent mavic air snow vid, its had a massive 6 views.... shameless plug
you got one more shame on you but good vid
John Law haha thanks
