Love this song. You nailed it. My musician-neighbor and I have an ongoing argument over the lyrics whenever we sing this. I sing "spend my money along with Sally Brown" like the Planxty version. He insists it's a dirty song and it should be "spend my money ON Sally Brown." Lmk if you want a fiddler!
