It's Linz sometimes issues like this can be solved through self-awareness but it can also be a sign that you don't have enough "happy chemicals" in your body like serotonin and endorphins. Sometimes all you need to do to solve that is to eat healthily--lots of nutrient rich plants and proteins. Check out the book by Julia Ross called "The Mood Cure" If that doesn't help you should probably see a psychiatrist. It doesn't mean there's something wrong with you, just that you need a little help. Hope you feel better!

You have to fail repeatedly and for that you have to take risks and fail some / win some - one day you just toughen up and don’t cry anymore ; it just happens out of nowhere.. trust me

My kids sure know how to push my buttons! I've been divorced for about 22 years & find myself getting so angry, still, when they talk about how badly he continues to badmouthing me ... I've figured that I need to forgive him - I thought I did but obviously not

I think an important things here is to look at it in context; is the person oversensitive to the normal type things that most could brush off and are other symptoms going on as well - eg, difficulty with relationships. Especially if they are female (I say this because the statistics are higher amongst females), they probably need some psychological intervention to rule out things like personality disorders.

Marshan Thomas I have a hater at work who has badmouthed me to everyone at work and most of them have jumped on her bandwagon and treat me differently. I’m friendly, always cordial, smiling, and quiet. This rubs her(demon bitch) the wrong way and she’s manipulated others into thinking I’m a stuck up antisocial bitch. I can’t stand her negative energy and how she watches my every move and tears me down, plays mind games, talks indirectly to me, etc. Relentless indirect bullying. This is what triggers me. It’s weekly.
I’m good at winding down on weekends and am pretty resilient enough to bounce back and be ready for the next work week.
Are you unique, independent, quiet, introverted, p/u on negative energy? Something in you may trigger others to target you. Like this video says, focus on developing an inner peace and get to know yourself on a deeper level. Good luck. 👍

How about when you've assisted a coworker from the beginning to the present.,then because a situation occurs you can't get back to help them then when you show up they have an attitude saying they were by themselves nobody was there helping them! walk away now their different.
It makes me wonder what are THEY really anger at?
