Oh my goodness! I have been using my PE800 for 2 years now and didn’t know this! I’ve been in my embroidery room all day today trying to figure out why my angels I want to embroider keep telling me too large for frame?!?!? when in Embrillance it shows a 5x7 frame?!?!? After watching ur video I found out my machine was set on 4x4! WHAT?!?! I’ve been all day trying to figure out why! Thank u sooooooo much! I’ll be able to sleep tonight! Ur a lifesaver! Love how ur so good explaining and teaching us what and how to do things in embroidery! Love u dear girl! 💕💕💕
Awesome ! I've been on the point of selling my first embroidery machine (just bought in January 2024) because it was just 'to much to learn' and then I find this video and...you've given me hope. I shall now press on and LEARN ! I do thank you. *Remark - can I say that I use subtitles a lot, I'm nearly deaf, and when you zoom in tooooo close I can't see where you're pointing because my subtitles cover the pointer. Not a complaint, just an observation x
Hi Alice. So glad that you found the videos useful and are now enjoying the machine. Thanks so much for the feedback. I want everyone to be able to learn so your remark is very helpful! I really appreciate it! Don't give up on the machine. You are going to make mistakes but you will learn from them. Just don't give up and before you know it, you will be making lots of awesome things!
The color selections effect the background colors - of the hoop and background behind each thumbnail. Kinda fun to play with. I like the background b/c if I plan to embroider on Tan or Green material (for instance) it’s easy to see what design would look like. Fun to press all the buttons just to see what they do. Lol
Hi Lisa. I have a video on this already on the channel. Here is the link: How to adjust and fix your Tension on the Brother SE1900! Sewing and Embroidery Beginners! ruclips.net/video/Y_-pusdMzBc/видео.html
Sounds crazy but I had to come and watch this video again because I forgot what you said with some odd reason my grade went away however you never said to push the OK button you said don’t push it yet so I took it literal and never pushed it therefore I don’t have my grade now I do thank you again have a great day stay safe****Marian**** It’s amazing how many times I look back on your videos they are my little embroidery bibles

Thanks Jeannette. I bought my first embroidery machine Brother SE 2000 yesterday but could not find much video info to get started, other than your video. This 9000 video helped learn more about functions on touch screen. Thank you so much Can you reduce the size of designs that are already in the machine? If yes how Also do you have any videos on transferring designs from Artspira. Thanks again
Hi. Yes, you are able to change the size of the designs that are included in the machine. I will make a video on how to do this and put it up on the channel today. I haven't done any videos on Artspira yet. Glad the videos on the channel are a help. The SE1900 and the SE2000 are really the same machine. The SE2000 is just faster, has the Wifi, and cuts the jumps stitches. Everything else is similar, so the videos I have on the SE1900 can really help you learn your machine. Have fun with it!
I have several videos in the channel showing this. Print out the design from your embroidery software and place in on the hoop. This will help you in making sure you know where is center point is.
Hi Jeannette, thank you for sharing your knowledge of the 1900. I have a couple of questions... where did you purchase the cable for the USB connection and how can I line up two separate words on the same lines. Can you assist me please. Thanks again
Hi Crafty Mom. Here is the link to the USB extension I use in the video: amzn.to/3y1GQ2N Also here is video I did on using the fonts on the SE1900. This might help! ruclips.net/video/poBu9PJEHt0/видео.html
I bought the se1900 about 2 weeks ago. You have helped me A LOT! Thanks. I ordered a SA445M 5 x 12 hoop. I cannot get the machine to recognize it. Can you help? Thanks! I only have the free version of Embrillance.
The SE1900 won't recognize a 5x12 hoop. You will need to create the embroidery files to use the 5x12 hoop with the SE1900. Here is the link to the video that shows you how to do this. ruclips.net/video/bLuSOT5NgMo/видео.html
@@BoricuaSewingCrafts Thanks. I watched the video and did a Test. I cannot find the hoop size for a 5 x 12 in the preference menu. I tried different sizes (12 x 4). Saved it on a USB, the se1900 said that my frame wasn't large enough. You had the option to Split the design - I don't have that option. Is it because I am using the Free version of Embrillance? Goodness!
Quick question I have a se1900. When I do embroidery I been having problems with this particular design so I’ve been playing with my tension. What is the difference when adjusting your tension in the settings vs adjusting the tension when you press the e button that was the scissors on it? I’ve been kinda confused because it seems Like it’s the same thing. Any suggestions?
The button with the scissors on it is to cut. Sometime you have to adjust the tension on the bobbin case. I have a video on the channel showing how to do this. Here is the link: ruclips.net/video/Y_-pusdMzBc/видео.html
Hi I have a brother lb-6800 and I wanted to see if I can embroider larger images but I’m having trouble setting the hoop size to be able to embroider- when I transfer files it doesn’t show - but I’m not sure if it’s because of the hoop size settings? I tried to follow along but I don’t see the settings for hoops sizes on mine. I see “name of color” and the middle is dashed lines that don’t change after pressing arrow buttons- and then the inch / mm converter
Sorry I'm not familiar with the model. Just a couple of things that come to my mind. Make sure the file is a PES, that it does fit within a 5x7 hoop. The design can be bumped up to the end of frame. It needs to be smaller so the needle can freely flow inside the hoop. See if you can see anything regarding hoop sizes in the owners manual.
How is the USB extender used? Can this be connected directly to the computer and sewing machine? I’m not very computer savy😉. I’m using a Brother USB flash drive. Thank you
I noticed on your machine where it says “ embroidery frame identification view “ the ON box next to it is lit up blue. My screen doesn’t show it lit up it’s just grey. Both the on and off.
YOU ARE Wonderful thank you so much I appreciate it who is driving me crazy how could I do this like I said it’s a little difficult with me because I can only see out of one eye so sometimes it’s a challenge but I will watch this video over again and adjust my machine the way that I need to for my project thank you so much again have a great day stay safe ****Marian**** it’s amazing I’m usually the one to tell the people or show them how to do things in so many areas and I finally have someone helping me🙋♀️😀

Did you select Multi position? This is where the size is. Remember you are creating two files.
12x4 is under the normal hoop sizes. You have to Sk elect multi position to get the 5x12 size
where did you purchase your usb extension cable for the machine?

I noticed on your machine where it says “ embroidery frame identification view “ the ON box next to it is lit up blue. My screen doesn’t show it lit up it’s just grey. Both the on and off.
When the box is greyed out it means the file you are using isn't good for that size.
