I'm looking to get a lift, and some bigger tires, but I don't want to go rock crawler big. I'm think 35's, would a Dana 44 with 4:10 gearing be enough with the power of the I6?
Done! Along time ago, but still done! I’ll be installing on my WJ! 1999 Jeep grand Cherokee, with a 4.7 ltr V8. Thanks for this video! This lift would be what I’m looking for, so thank you!
Done 2002 grand cherokee wj 4.7 ho overland. I'm building a custom front steel bumper to mount my winch. Will double as an air tank for my compressor. Just need to find the right lights to mount on it.
How is the lift for on road ride quality? I have a daily wj and want this Lkit, but i dont want the ride quality to conpletely suck for my wife to use it for hwy drives
I took mine off. The track bar was flexing and wiped out lower control arm bushing. Will be using a different track bar and control arm when I install it again.
Done I’m going to be installing it on my 2000 wj limited with the quadradrive. Im still in highschool with new rims and tires I got off marketplace and will hopefully be lifting it soon. Love the videos helps me out a lot.
dude thank you for making all the WJ videos I have a JLU which is my baby but i picked up a WJ from a family member its a laredo with the 4.7L and this was the kit i was looking to use but wasn't sure i also have 32's that came off my willys when i got 35's and i wasn't sure about how much i had to trim etc i've gotten sooooo much conflicting info on the internet but this has reaaallly cleared a lot up for me. I really appreciate it. Also i have a little youtube channel here in New England if your ever looking towheel the east coast lol
Also, my buddy runs this zone offroad lift on his WJ and he has jt rubicon takeoff shocks and 33 inch tires stock wheels, and a two inch spacer and only has done very minor trimming in the rear, and then just to the line of the fender in the front because he thought it looked cool but he didnt need that much
I have the first WJ off the line in 2001. I don't see where I can send you a picture of it but I've seen your RUclips videos and have commented on them and sent you pictures before
I have the same lift. Front control arms bushing are trashed after 3 months. It had a little death wobble since install. Everything is new on the front. Took the lift off and reinstalled stock parts and a cheap 2 inch spacer lift and it drives like new. It looked like the track bar was flexing at the bend by the axle. Not really happy about the quality of zone offroad lifts for wj's

I figured 33s would fit fine I think 35s is where trimming would get more important
