We are proud to be distributing Zone Offroad in Australia. We run the rigs pretty heavy over here so we've collaborated with Zone to use their components but with our locally built 2.5" Remote Res shocks, to help provide the next level ride for these American trucks in Australia. Keep up the good work!

    We have 2 2015 F150’s, one 6” zone one 6” bds. Both on 37’s.
BDS seems to sit higher just a little.
Both trucks drive flawlessly on road and off!
You can’t go wrong with either. Zone does have that 60k mile warranty and a lower price point for basically the exact same thing.

I just put the zone adventure series 3 inch lift on my duramax and its great. It drops the diff down 2 inches so the cv angles dont suck, the new upper control arms don't "sit" on the bump stops so theres actually room for the suspension to travel, and the skid plate/brackets are super beefy. Great kit, highly recommend to anyone wanting to level a 2500hd the correct way and not have it ride down the road like a brick.....but yeah zones logo really needs an update

Have a 6.5 zone on my 2018 ram 2500. To be absolutely honest, i wish whoever put it in paid the lil extra and got the BDS. Or atleast proper shocks and stayed away from shock extenders. Had to cut the shock extenders out to replace shocks. Rear trac bar drop bracket snapped pulling off highway. Less then 95,000kms on my truck and just ordered pinion bearings for it. Have been contemplating taking the kit out and running something else.

Hey Custom Offset guys, I'm turning my 2000" F150 into a full camper: 320W solar power, 2000 inverter stove, sink, microwave fridge and bed.
I had a A.R.E. 32" aluminum cap installed which I hope added weight to bring my back down. By time I build up the camper, I'm assuming it might add 300lb to the back. If that doesn't bring the back down to match the front, can I add in a bigger spacer to the front to bring it up to the height in the back?
Also, what is your honest opinion about wheel spacers? I did the dollar bill test, and I'd say it's about 4". I can't stand how the front tires stick out further than the rear tires. Not sure if I need to bring down the back up raise the front - 6" lift with 2" body spacers. I'd really appreciate it it you checked out my build video on my channel and give me some advice. I don't mind the road trip to where ya'll are. Thanks in advance from Texas.

Can anyone remember when Hall's had the lumber yard alone with the off road store, I may be confusing them with Hamilton FB, but I thought in the'70 they're together. B

Is the steel they use made in the US?

    • @CustomOffsetsTV

      100% American made company

    • @deegan727
      @deegan727 5 лет назад

Custom Offsets Its great that this place employs more Americans than most "made in the USA" assemblers but I'm also hoping that the steel was actually made in the U.S. and not imported from China. Its not realistic to expect everything to be made in America but steel is.I work in a steel mill of course.LOL.I am interested in Zone for my next lift.Great video thanks for the info.

I would run the Zone lift... but on a 01-02 Silverado 2500HD, their kits will not allow the use for 16x10 wheels.

We haven't put a 10" in a 4th gen yet personally, but do know they ride good!

I love all the warranties and backing up of Bds. but I was wondering if mcgaughys is similar in any way. watching your videos I've seen you talk about BDS and I'm also looking at their 8-inch kit it gives me a sense of relief I'm wondering if mcgaughys are similar in that sense.

It's kind of funny how many trucks I see lifted and sparkling. I've yet to see a lifted truck parked by my stock truck while I'm getting a load of wood on the side of a hill. Don't get me wrong. I could use a three inch lift to avoid the occasional scraping, but it would be out of necessity

I mainly agree which is why I’m gonna go for the 4.5” not the 6.5” I actually use my truck for work and want to start doing agriculture
