    बहोत अच्छे... आजतक किसीनेभी नही बताया की घरका काम करनाही सबसे अच्छा excercise है वरना आजकल ladies घरका काम करना अच्छा नही लगता और महंगे gym मे जाकर पैसा खर्च करना होता है......

    Mam 🙏🙏mere age 35 year hai mare uterus kuch paresani ki vajah se 30year Mae nikal Diya gya, mare body Mae hamesha pain rhta hai kuchh karne ka man nahin karta, kamar mein dard bahut jayada hota hai mai jhuk nhi sakti hon, pahle bahut work kr leti thi lekin mujhse ab nhi hota. 😢😢 please 🙏🙏 mam, kuch upay bataiye

    Mam mere ko 31 year me menopause ho gaya tha now m 42 year meri sath yeh symptoms hote h mujhe family ka sath nahi mil raha ghar ka sara kam or stitching karni kitchen sambalni bacho ko school sr se leke ana 4 chakar lagte hdaily 50 km activa chalati hu ab to m bahut frustrated rehti hu

    Mam मै chalte time gir गयी थी मुझे ancl पण break hutha plastw kiya ab thik hai but abhi one months sw muje vapas pain hota hai jab मै chalti हु. Mera vajan bhi jada hai. Mai gharke saew kam karti hoo. Mera वेट कम नही होता है. मेरे पैर ptle hai aur body heavy hai isliye mere leg bahut pain hote hai calshim tab khti hoo to muje स्टोन है मी क्या कर सक्ती हो कोई उपाय बताओ. Apki excesice bahot achhi hai. Thanks mam
