I have been doing 30 mins brisk walk about 3KM per day in one go.
30 mins exercise in the morning. I am 71 and it’s keeping me fit without any medicine whatsoever.
I have been walking for the last 25 years . I am aged 61 as of now . Walking is the best exercise which provides mental peace, toning of all organs of the body and keep your vitals like BP, Sugar level within acceptable range. Daily walking may vary from 5000 steps to 10000 steps or more with in a time span of 1.5 hrs. Information given by the Doctor is precise and useful,
My mother is 87 and she walks 4 km daily.2 km in the morning and 2 km in the evening

मै 68 हूं, एक स्टैन्ट डाला हुआ है। मै सुबह शाम मे 8 से 9 किलोमीटर हर दिन वॉक करता हूँ, स्पीड करीब 5 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा होती है। क्या यह सही है?

I am 81 years & walk 3 km every day except on weekends. I have spinal stenosis. Like you said I sit down on the bench when I find one. I also do chair exercise at home. Am I doing too much? I keep 5000 steps as a limit. I have controlled diabetes. A1c 6.5

Dear Dr. Sahiba, Good afternoon, I am 66+, I do exercise/yoga including cycling (mini cycle - front paddling/back paddling) for at least 15 minutes say for around at least 1 hour & after sweating feel comfortable.
In evening I walk medium for at least for half an hour & sweating is on good amount - here I feel tightness on beyond my knee (pindliya) muscle. Is it sufficient to be in good health.
I am diabetic/BP patient (under control).
Mam your comments/suggestion are required & are awaited.
