If it still has IFS on the Bronco truck the Gladiator will be fine.
Love the solid front axle on the gladiator.
Oddly i think a bronco pickup would be good for jeep, it would validate the concept and grow the market.
Agree 100% and competition lowers prices.
The Jeep has poor proportions from an appearance stand point.. Just my opinion.
I think K03 will be less desirable than K02. Lot's of competition in the AT tire segment.
Never ran bfgs. But know many people that love them. I'm a huge fan of the falkens. But live all the competition in this segment
And it will have the optional 5.0 truck coyote motor. I wish. Owning a 66 half cab, I would love to see a 2dr bronco truck release.
That would be amazing
Not a smart move Ford can barely move the Broncos as it is right now they’re grossly overpriced for what they are
Ford made their own bed. Make them sleep in it.
Just watched a video of CT where wiper fluid running down windshield leaks into frunk. Then to add fluid had to remove cover.
Yep that truck doesn't impress me at all. Nothing telsa makes does. Too.many horror stories
Sure, same with Toyota and Ford. Nothing to impress and too many horror stories with blown engines and fires.
I can only find one current bronco pick truck article, and thats the one you shared. Everything else is from 2020 or 2021. Ill belive it when i see it. Hope im wrong tho.
It would be very easy for them to make and I think the reason they were holding off was to not take away from the 24 ranger. Now that the ranger is out I'm hoping the bronco truck is next
@SamkoWorkShop true. And it would be perfect timing with the mid cycle refresh of the Bronco. I'm definitely interested
@371kenny ford needs it! The ranger was not the launch they hoped for. But until ford says anything official it's all speculation. But I'm hopeful
bronco pickup give us a 6' of cargo space a fold down mid gate .as 4-5' box not much utility
Could very well have a mid Gate. Ford just filed a patent for a midgate on the next maverick
I appreciate that you are objective and mention that "every" auto maker has quality control/customer service issues... and that Bronco truck looks pretty darn cool, but that 2.7 is 👎That thing needs at the very least a 3.0L considering the future tire 40s. WildPeak for ever
Raptor bronco pick up coming in 2026. Lol!
@@371kennyI'm seeing second half of 2024...
@@Coyote5555 I think the pickup will be this year. They always release a raptor the following.
@@371kenny oh man my apologies, I overlooked "raptor" thank you
Very good point on the tires. And the 3.0 would be great. But with that said jeeps wimpy 3.6 v6 rolls 37s and 40s well will gearing. So I'd be happy if the bronco with better gearing even if the same 2.7. The 2.7 is proven with most of the bugs worked out as it's a decade old.
Toyota style warranty. Tesla doesn’t have dealers
Yep never been a fan of tesla personally.
Tesla has service centers for repairs. For minor issues under warranty, they come to your home or workplace, no charge.
And they don't rip you off. Their's not a lot of complicated parts to break or repair on an EV.
Also, not much to maintain.
No brake or rotor wear or replacements, due to regenerative braking. No oil changes. No exhaust system or catalytic converter repairs from theft.
Tesla EVs have more power, are quicker, smoother, quieter, have less parts and are the safest production vehicle in the world with cast aluminum frames. 300 mile plus range is more than enough for most people.
For cold weather driving in an EV, preheating that large battery preserves the range. Apparently a lot of people fail to do that. Simple.
No once or twice a week gas station visits. Getting gas that often is a waste of time and money.
Most Americans work 50 weeks per year.
351 days a year, EVs are charged at home, while you're sleeping.
If you happen to take a long trip, a 25 minute break for supercharging is easy. Grab some coffee or a donut.
If you're on vacation, what's the hurry?
How many 1,000 mile road trips do most people take in a year? Not many.
For far away destination vacations, driving is a waste of time, money and wear on your vehicle. Take a jet and rent a car when you get there.
Tesla has simple electric motors with big batteries for power and an 8 year 120,000 mile warranty.
Slow gas vehicle manufacturers can't beat it.
Electric motors can last 1 million miles. Large battery packs can last 500,000 miles.
No ICE cars can match them.
No wonder so many people are poor. They can't do simple math and they kick and scream in resistance of technology.
Tesla sold almost 1 million EVs in 2021.
They sold 1.3 million in 2022.
Tesla sold 1.8 million in 2023.
Tesla isn't going away. They're far superior to ICE vehicles.
What do people think EV owners were driving before? Gas and diesel vehicles.
Some people have no lightbulb above their head. Sad.
Sorry, but the Bronco truck is not happening any time soon. Ford has not announced anything.
Time will tell and we will see
That is not a bronco
4 Doors, truck bed, no V8
Ford cant sell these. So a truck that costs more than the average Americans entire years pay. No thanks.
Doesn't really make much sense for a Bronco Pickup with Ford having other pickup truck offerings, these automakers are simply goofballs now or maybe the car buying public are the goofballs, I can't tell anymore.
I think a bronco truck would be huge for ford's. The ranger launch was dismal and ford could use a new vehicle with some punch. Bronco truck could do it. And now that the ranger is out ford has nothing to be excited about. Would be very easy to make a bronco truck.
@@SamkoWorkShop Where would it be positioned between the Maverick, Ranger, F150 pickup truck lines? If they used the existing Bronco chassis platform, the bed would be preposterously small, even smaller than a Santa Cruz, if not then they would have to either develop a new frame or modify the existing frame platform and bolt on extensions or some such, again, it makes no sense to invest that kind of money and cannibalize the sales of your other pickup trucks. But then again, Ford hasn't made much sense for decades.
@michaelmclovin5098 ford has serious potential with the bronco as it's an open air hard core off roader. I think making a truck just like jeep did with the gladiator would be a big market and not interfere with their other truck lines. I hope they make it ans make it soon.
@@SamkoWorkShop If it comes out in the near term then that means it's been in the pipeline for a while, manufacturers just don't whip up vehicles without it being in planning and development for years, I personally don't think we'll see a Bronco pickup, it doesn't make any sense, it doesn't fill a void and the sales are just not going to be there for a niche pickup truck, they already have a niche pickup truck in the Maverick, but again, Ford is a goofball automaker who's been doing goofball things for quite a while now, so anythings possible.
@michaelmclovin5098 we will have to see. There was talk of this bronco truck back in 2021 too. But I bet it got sidelined for the new 24 ranger. I sure would love to see a bronco truck and hopefully the competition would drive down the gladiator prices
If Ford wants to take back market share, they should do the opposite of copying Jeep and make a fixed/metal roof Bronco that is quiet and nice on the highway
Nobody is buying a Bronco if you can't take the top off.
@@371kenny I have literally never seen a Bronco with the roof off in person. Or a Gladiator. Hardly any JLs. It's a hassle, at least a two man job, requires tools, somewhere to store the roof, etc. It's a novelty that most people do once and never again.
@Shakshuka69 you have to be a bot. Dude freedom panels on bronco , wrangler, and gladiator come off in thirty seconds with no tools. What are you talking about? The Gladiator is a one man job to take it all off. Just get up in the bed.
@@371kenny I took the freedom panels off on my JK twice in the 4 years I owned it. Would have been much happier with less wind noise, creaks, rattles, and leaks throughout the other 99.99% of the ownership
