You make it look very easy. There is a ton of ebikes here in the Netherlands all with proprietary batteries. All the hardware is good except for the bms and controller. This is the way to keep them running.
The only video i have seen where some one actually shows how to wire a lcd panel 5* and no awful background music 20* one day we will have iso wiring til.then keep up the good work 😂😂
HELLO , i have a giant bike wich my battery was stolen "Energypack 300 " i found a recycled battery from another bike but ive connected the postive and the negative to the battery "leaving the bleu wire " and it works fine for couple of seconds then the assist shutdown and the motor stops any ideas how i can bypass this or any other information regarding the bleu signal wire thank you
How can you distinguish/determine electronically the rated watts of a controller. If controllers are ISO it would have to have proof. If you had 3 controllers all with 15 mosfets and one is supposed to be 500 watts another is suppose to be 1000w and the other 2000 watts and no labels. How can you tell the watts?? I am buying these controllers they are all the same size and mosfets and 40 amps. The only difference is the price.
Never believe information on any of those Chinese controllers lol!.Measure the parameters yourself.Use a clampmeter to determine the current.Multiply that with battery voltage. That's your wattage idealy the driven wheel should be loaded. I use those exercise attachments for regular bikes.
Very good way you explained thank you sir your way of explaining is very good we got to learn a lot by watching your video

I have no idea what wires coming from your controller are what wire are you working with

Why do I feel like I would shock the 💩out of myself.
Im confusing my throttle is only 3 wire (WHITE/BLACK/RED) which wire is going to where ?
Normally your controller will have a red/green/black connection, 5v, signal, ground. Make sure red to red, black to black, and white to green.
