Interesting... around 5:00 the Acaia is weighing the 100g at about 100.0 to 100.1. The Maxus is steady at 100.0; 5:05. The BlackMirror (Original) was slow to adjust to its final weight of 100.1. Then around 5:25 it is mentioned that when weight is applied to the table the Acaia shows a change which is to demonstrate its sensitivity. THAT, is suspect because it will be hard to get an accurate reading if you're bouncing around in the kitchen. But I did notice that the other two scales didn't change at all! Personally, I think this is more reasonable because no additional weight is being applied to the scale. Just my opinion...
This might be because only the Acaia can read to 0.01 instead of just 0.1. It's sensitive enough to detect an in-between, but just doesn't show the hundredths.
It's a common effect with recording displays with a (relatively) low frame rate. The display emits light at a rate that the human eye will perceive it as constant light, but a high precision camera will catch frames without light. Remember the flickering when filming old TVs? It looks all good for a human eye though.

Honestly in person it isn't as bad as it might seem on recording, especially with the flickering, which only shows up in video. With that said, both this and the Timemore's display is pretty adequate for their intended purpose in my opinion.
I have tried both, honestly no preference unless if you have a theme going on with your gears. Though I gotta say the black display against the white unit can be a bit jarring, would have preferred a uniformed white unit. Just my opinion though.
For the money the cheaper options are well worth it! I have the Timemore and Maxus because of your earlier videos and they are great!

White lunar look cheap but the black version look more luxury🙂
I think it will be up to the individual's preference. The white unit definitely does not feel cheap in the hand.
