Omg this is my favourite fan video ever for this movie! The only one missing is the bathtub one when he is trying to take out the tar and then she gets out of the bathtub, but otherwise, you perfectly captured all their scenes! The feels ❤️

Chris and Cathy reminds me of .... Me and my sister named Holly Xiong Chang - Huai. Because we used to be together, as babies siblings. And our parents from, China used to put us in a crip , and we used to sleep together. Now we are both now teenagers... 19-18 .
And i like Chinese characters symbols , on the bottom of the picture of Chris and Cathy.

It's a pity, the actors have really good chemistry but the characters being siblings is a throw off for me 😭
I'm not sure it was meant to be a true relationship so much as a trauma bond. They'd been through so much to the point that nobody else could fully understand either of them. They were forced into the parental roles of a family and spent their psychosexual formative years with nobody else their own age.
I don't see their relationship as a romance so much as a tragedy and a show of generational trauma.
