Thanks Bennett. Glad the tips have come in handy.
Thank you, Mark for sharing your method and expertise.
What a great video. Excellent information. You are a pro editor. Loved it. Thank you. 🙏🏻
Lets start can't wait to see all those editing tricks 👍👍
Absolutely fantastic ☺️👍
This video is gold. Thank you!
Stunning work Mark
Absolute perfection
Thank you! I refresh something and learn something new!)
Great tutorial/insight many thanks
I do wish tutorial people would tell us what they think is wrong wit the photo or would could be improved before they start. Rather than just playing round with every slider to see what happens
Me as a photographer Learned a lot from you
Mark if we were in a pub i would get you a beer cheers mate the best and easiest for me to learn!
Thanks Dave!
nice work Mark
I don't shoot portraits as much as I would like. That makes it even harder to practice with them properly. Which in turn makes me feel like I'm not getting much better at it.
But I'm definitely saving this video, for when I get to do one again! I might even give older, discarded images another go.
Awesome video!
Here a quick reminder for the video 😉
Gee this looks great Mark.
I have often wondered about getting a tablet stylus thing
Goes to make a cup of coffee
Really informative video Mark, loved that last touch with the linear gradient. 👏
I bet you will really be happy with the content aware brush in LRC now... it is amazing for removing blemishes so much faster.
Great video like always!!! I’ve been learning a lot with your videos lately. Thank you for sharing. I’ll like to know what Mac and specs r u using for editing your photos my Macbookpro just die on me and I’m looking for some advice😢. Thank you and advance.
Awesome work🎉
Thanks Kevin.
Incredible tutorial! Are u using affinity V2 or the regular one? Are the features shown here available in the regular version?
Hey Man Love This Video.Question Is There Away To Batch Edit A Group Of Pictures Skin Wise Or A Preset To Edit All Of The Same Group Of Photos?
Left Handers Rule! I just bought a tablet and still on a learning curve.
Thanks for the video, which model is your Benq monitor.
I would love to see a version of this without using Affinity, doing the best you could with just Photoshop!
Amazing...where do I sign up?
wondering what monitor did you use? is it tuned for photography? has delta E below 2?
Great video Mark. Can you explain why you've decided to finish the process in PS ? In your previous video it was all done in Affinity. I'm interested in your reasoning
Yeah, same question mark. Seems like all the work done in ps can be done in affinity photo. Why PS?
Hello! What size tablet do you use M or L?
Would you ever do a tutorial on how to edit a avatar portrait?
How big is the graphics pad? thanks
JPG shooter...did my basic adjustments in LR, the edits in Affinity as described...but the eyes, lips & other details are blurry. 😞
Is the editing monitor 27" or 32" ?
It worked. I'm not a bot and this is my second time downloading it to a separate PC.
This type of busywork is also easily outsourced, which can be an extra source of income! There is a big market in Korea (not North) for doing retouching, editing, etc. at good quality at a very low price. :)
I think that defeats the purpose of the video
@@zardosspinosa6944 Depends on who the audience is, of course. But from a business perspective, it makes no sense to do low-pay time consuming busywork when it is easily outsourced. Doing generic retouch of a generic headshot of a generic person takes maybe an hour, and is worth maybe $5. A bit like you can also find videos of how to wash your windows - but most of us still pay someone to do it, instead of wasting hours doing it ourselves.
@@realthoprivate Hmm, last time I Iooked this video was not about window cleaning. Its an educational video and I found it quite valuable. Maybe Mark is the kind of guy who takes pride in his work and wants to make every photo his own rather than sending off to some bozzo in South Korea to get his grubby hands on it. Lets put it another way. A portrait photo is a personal thing especially when it comes to females. So the girl comes back to pick up her photos and says is that me? And you say, oh yes, but I am a complete a-hole and I am too busy to edit your photos so I sent them off to some random in India and yes there are a few mistakes, but its ok. And yes I do clean my own windows and I do my own washing and yes I do edit my own portraits, you arrogant prick
15 a day. My e-commerce model imagery is 35 a day 🤧
Just a commercial, this.
I beg to differ. His technique is really dated and amateurish. People were doing this 10 years ago in photoshop. Next!
