    what is the difference between Revolutionary Communist Party and Socialist Workers Party ? and could you ever work together ?

    • @07Flash11MRC
      @07Flash11MRC 29 дней назад +1

      Socialist parties are reformists. They don't want to overthrow global cápítàlì$m, the want to continue to twist it into something that ideally works somewhat for the working class but still keeps the owner class on top and in controll of everything.
      The revolutionary communist parties all over the world want to get rid of cápítàlì$m entirely, because we (I'm no Brit, just to be clear) believe it is neither salvagable nor sustainable. cápítàlì$m is the cause of climate change and is destructive in so many ways and it's diametrically opposed to not only the interest of the working class but the planet and its limited resources themselves, and that therefore there is no way to "reform" it into something that works, because it is essentailly a financial cancer cell: Its only purpose is endless growth and it has no regards for its host(s). It'll keep growing until it eventually takes all of our lives. All w@rs, famine, poverty, homelessness, houselessness, (artificial) scarcitiy, planned obsolescence on this planet are a direct result of cápítàlì$m, and there are many indirect results of it as well. It is essentially neo-feudalism, but with technocracy.

    • @07Flash11MRC
      @07Flash11MRC 29 дней назад

      "could you ever work together ?": most likely not. The reason the RCPs in a lot of countries have either split or were not even a part of the respective socialist parties in their countries to begin with is because socialist parties don't actually stand for what RCP parties stand for. instead, socialist partie often bow to the will of cápítàlì$ts, they try to compromise and they generally have o backbone, when it comes to standing against cápítàlì$m, imperialism / colonialism, neo-liberalism, neo-conservatism and many other neo-feudalistic flavors.

      We are both trotskyist organisations, however, we are far more focused on education and theory than swp and we also have some theoretical differences such as their support of the police in the far right riots in the UK (despite the police attacking Palestine demonstrators) this kind of thing.

    The answer to, are humans naturally greedy?, is more simple... You say, do you understand evolution? Then you say humans evolve according to their environment. If you want to see less greedy then you have to create a society around Socialism.

      Both represent the interests of the Capitalist system, neither appeal to or represent Communist viewpoints in any way (even with the so called “Social progressive Vs conservative debate” communists have a very different view to either sides). While Trump wants to pull out of the Ukraine war he still supports Israel’s continued conflict in the Middle-East (which the RCP is VERY opposed to).

    • @lilmushy5187
      @lilmushy5187 24 дня назад

      @@kevinhamiltonrealtor most attempts at communism were heavily influenced by Stalin’s leadership and adopted the same sort of Nationalist Bureaucracy he had (no, the attempt were not isolated and didn’t consider the others “not real communism” like people claim, they all knew about and based their own system on Stalin). Now while this system did prove somewhat effective by itself (the quality of life was much higher than it is in those countries now) the people didn’t really have as much freedom as Marx and even Lenin wanted them to and the West sanctioned the countries heavily. Those that didn’t adopt the Stalin model still faced heavy sanctions which effected their ability to keep up with resources.
      The RCP more follows the model of Communism set out by Soviet politician and theorist Leon Trotsky, who advocated for a more democratic system and for Communism to be focussed internationally.

      Neither Israel nor Ukraine have managed to acheive their war aims (and they won't be able to in all likelihood). Both Netanyahu and Zelensky want the US to be even more involved in their respective conflicts (which would be an utter disaster, especially for ordinary people) to save their own necks. That is the point of comparisson. They are not exactly the same, but the question of whose the aggressor and whose defending themselves has little bearing here. Both are reliant on the US, both want more from it, if they get what they want the conflicts will dramatically escalate.
      It is worth adding that Zelensky is not some kind of freedom fighter. He is a stooge of a corrupt oligarchy that is currently Western-aligned. That is what he is actually defending. Of course, Putin want's to replace the Western-aligned oligarchs with Russian-aligned ones. In saying Zelensky is not "the good guy", that does not make Putin better. But we have to put such moralising aside if we're going to understand what is fundamentally a war between two sets of imperialist gangsters (Russia on one side, NATO on the other, with Ukraine in the middle). Zelensky is trying to escalate a conflict between two nuclear powers to defend Ukraine's ruling class, not its people. He has never ever represented the Ukrainian people, even before the war. Trying to escalate the war is sheer madness, and only makes sense when you consider that the lives of ordinary Ukrainians are not his primary concern. Russia is not hellbent on ethnically cleansing Ukraine (though it naturally has no problem slaughtering the Ukrainians en masse to achieve it's war aims). If/when Putin wins, Ukraine will be brought out of the Western sphere of influence and into Russia's. That will be shit for the Ukrainian people, but their situation was shit before the war. It'll doubtless be a good bit worse after the war, but the point is that this is not a war for the survival of the Ukrainian people, it's a war for the survival of their current set of oppressors. It's not worth risking global nuclear conflict for the interests of an oligarchy. The ideal outcome is if both the Russian and Ukrainian workers turn this war into a civil war against their own rulers. Failing that, peace (however unfair it will be) is preferable to the continued slaughter. If by some miracle Ukraine wins without the US becoming even more deeply involved, it will only be a matter of time before Russia tries again. Only international revolution can free Ukraine from foreign domination (and its more local oppressors) once and for all.

      Yes, I agree with you as well, @michaelmilnes. It is one of my beefs with RCPs all over the world. Besides, even if we willingly gave all of Ukraine to Putin, he wouldn't be satisfied. He already told Tucker Carlson in an interview that when he's done with Ukrain, he'll go after Poland next. Politicians all over the spectrum are completely delusional, when they think that Putin will be happy and stop once he's got Ukraine.

      @@invalidopinion5384 I think war aims are something that countries have when they start wars, those being attacked can only oppose. I don't claim to know what was going on in Putin's head, but the aims appeared to be military,political and economic domination of Ukraine. Netenyahu's aims appear to be the military, political and economic domination of Palestine, and is opposed by the Palestinians. Ukraine has had remarkable success, the Palestinians none at all. Are you suggesting the Palestinians should agree to all of Netinyahu's demands because they can't win? Ukraine and Israel are both supported by America, but that doesn't mean they are the same.
