Russia and China would be mostly on he periphery of Imperialism. But I would not agree they are Imperialist or act accordingly.
And if we go by Lenin completely then what about America? Isn't america accumulating my debt than it exports? Won't that make america none Imperialist?
Debt does not prevent a country from being guilty of imperialism.

Communism is impossible cuz bourgeois or rich won't allow it, from capitalism back to feodalism but not socialism. Capitalist class will always exploit poor & not share.
