yeah, Master Chef Indonesia is like competition with military system, sometimes the judges are mean, sometimes they yell at someone when they don't have to :/ even when the food is good, the judges don't compliment well and always talk about the mistakes in the food.. :/

master chef canada is very soothing and relaxing to watch, the judges are very motivating and the contestants are actually happy when their rivals did well !
Ikr! It actually makes me feel happy watching this unlike, example, the american ones where mostly everyone is aggressive.
Watch Masterchef Australia, it's more soothing and friendly but it's kinda boring because it has a lot of episodes.

Room temperature is a bit lower here than in the States. And knowing that a few degrees make a big difference while cooking, it may be that few degrees that contributes to the cake cooling fast.
Random Fandom Fan I live in Europe where it can easily be -3 in cold months and the warmest 6 degrees. Not to mention ovens and stove tops running creating an all round warmer atmosphere. But even if it was colder the cakes would have to have cooled down in 10 minutes which is impossible even if you put the cake in the freezer considering it still needs to be trimmed and decorated.
@@graves1914 Editing, I actually went and looked it up after I commented and never had the chance to update. They edited that part, they pulled their cakes out with like 35 minutes left. So we were both wrong.
its also entirely possible that the magic of TV had something to do with it. reality tv like this isn't exactly known for being super honest with what it presents to the viewer.
