Thank you doctor. In case you're remotely interested mine were about half a cm in size with sharp corners and pale yellow in colour. I was not eating anything fatty but I was gaining weight from medication and my thyroid had slowed so I was virtually starving myself. I couldn't stop the weight gain however. The medication was Epilim. It took twenty years to find out about the thyroid and to lose the weight after losing my gallbladder.

I suffered 20yrs with this problem. It took 4 visits to the hospital to actually get help in 2017. I found out what was wrong with me and finally can do my research. Stress and not eating properly can trigger mine and will last up to a week. Skipping meals and not eating enough will trigger it. I found out after my second attempt to go on a diet and eat healthy triggered it. Not being able to burp is a sign for me. I feel full all the time. Car rides use to help with the pain. Drinking a beer use to help. It feels like my back and chest is going explode. It feels like I'm being burned with a fire poker across my back. Like it's being dragged slowly.
I found smoking some weed helps relax you enough to fall asleep and repeat when you wake up. Make sure it's ready for as soon as you wake up. I'm just getting over an attack that lasted close to a week and fortunately it wasn't as bad as my last one. My last one was 6 yrs ago I think. I may have had a mild one here or there but the worst one was 6 yrs ago. Surgery is not an option for me either. I'd rather ride out the pain or try to control it and keep it in check.

When I was 18yrs suffered upper abdominal & back pain, Gastroscopy found 3 acute ulcers in esophagus caused by acid reflux, proscribed Zantac. Pain continued infrequently then became more frequent over 10yrs. Another Gastroscopy & ultrasound found no ulcers but lazy valve causing acid reflux? US found gallstones, so it was removed. Surgeon described stones being more like sand. No more pain Yah!
Now 20yrs later, discovered bio mother suffered IBS & an Uncle died at 60 of Oesophageal cancer.
Were all these health problems caused by underlying issue? Leaky gut? Genetically predisposition?
Could I be at high risk of Oesophageal cancer
I have also been suffering symptoms, of what could be Autoinflammatory/Autoimmune Syndrome Induced by Adjuvants - ASIA Syndrome caused by silicone breast implants that were both ruptured (I'm 3wks post explant surgery & feeling great )
Whilst researching ASIA effect, gallblader surgical clips were said to pose the same risks?
I had no idea that i had clips inside me from the gallbladder surgery.
Could foreign body reaction (FBR) symptoms continue if these clips remain inside me.
I would very much appreciate your professional opinion and any advice.
    Big Cheers 🎄🍻

I just had surgery and this video gave me more information than my doctors did. However, can you take it to the next step. I am suffering from jaundice like symptoms after having two gallstones removed. My gallbladder was removed in December of 2020. My bilirubin level after leaving the hospital is a 10 and I still can't eat solids. I vomit everything i eat and drink. My eyes, urine, palm of my hands are still yellow. I'm sticking to a liquid diet for now. I got more from a nurse than the doctors. I literally feel like I'm at deaths door with poor help. So I'm trying to educate myself. Thanks for a really good video.😞

Read andreas Moriiz book. You take Malic Acid to stop GS attacks and keep the stones soft. Do this for 3 weeks with Chanca Piedra (makes stones smaller) then do GS flushes. I've been dealing with GS problems for 10 years. You have to work out why your liver is producing GS. For me they always start again when I get on the bottle too much. I look at it as a warning sign to stop drinking which I always do when I start getting GS again. Don't be stupid in removing a Vital organ from your body. Think about it, it's an organ in your body, it's not suppose to be removed unless it has cancer cells. It's still doing what it's suppose to be doing, you just need to look after your liver better in most cases.

    • @GutDr

Hi Rosalind most of the time after gallbladder removal (cholecystectomy) there are no symptoms. However in a small group of patients they can develop a condition called postcholecystectomy syndrome. This is characterised by symptoms such as an intolerance of fatty foods, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, indigestion, diarrhea, jaundice, and intermittent bouts of abdominal pain. The mechanism is unknown but this can be quite a debilitating condition for sufferers. Due to the loss of the gallbladder as a reservoir for storing bile acids it's recommended to avoid high-fat foods, fried and greasy foods, and fatty sauces and gravies with a switch over to fat-free or low-fat foods. If bile acid diarrhea is problematic there is a medication which can bind free bile acids called colestyramine. It comes in a sachet formulation and when mixed with fluids can be helpful for treating bile acid diarrhea. Fortunately Rosalind the liver's function is not affected by the loss of the gallbladder and it still continues to produce bile acids - just there is not the usual reservoir for storage.

I'm curious as to how this causes gassing in the gut? I've been diagnosed with suspect Gall stones and have high levels or Bilirubin in my blood, however my gut feels as if it gets bloated from gasses and I find I'm burping the farting far more often. Is this a normal symptom and if so how. I also don't understand how the Cholesterol gets in the Bile duct as it appears it has to flow against the flow of Bile from the Gall Bladder so not sure how it would enter from the gut.
It seems Cholesterol is being blamed for this condition and I've been advise to reduce my fat intake, however my worst symptoms arise when I eat high sugar foods and Cholic seems to be a major component of the symptoms which appears worst when eating high sugar foods.
Also, does excessive Bilirubin cause stress on the kidney?

My doctor told me I had sludge in my gallbladder and if I could live with it when it acted up I wouldn't have to have surgery but the pain isn't on my right side it's like in the middle of my stomach- my core. I guess like my spinal cord. When I have pain which is like maybe every 6 months it's like labor pains- and I'm a guy- the pain is usually late at night and builds to the point where it's painful and like gas then dies back down only to build up again - one time I was trying to throw up and go to the bathroom at the same time it was bad with bodily sweats and all. It finally just passed and like I said they said it's my gallbladder but I wish they could just take my gallbladder out clean it and put it back LOL!
