Forty years ago, my mother was in such extreme pain with gall stones, she had to hold onto the walls in order to walk. At the ER, they wanted to do immediate gall bladder surgery. She declined, and went home to do the gall bladder flush (minus the Epsom salts). The nurses laughed at her, and told her drinking olive oil would only increase her pain. She did the flush, beginning with a few days of drinking apple juice, then drank 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1 pint of olive oil. The next morning, she passed hundreds of "soap" stones, and never had another gall stone of any other trouble with her gallbladder for her rest of her life. She died at the age of 92.

PS - I did a similar flush due to a mild bout with gall stones, using lemon juice, and lecithin instead of drinking olive oil. All my pain was gone and stayed gone.

To anyone reading this, please do it.
I was taking tudca ,malic acid to thin my bile sludge for almost 3weeks before I did this procedure.i was scared cause this doctor made me scared.i was having gallbladder attack every time I ate fatty meal, severe back pain and also chest pain, stiff neck very nasty pain.i was never a healthy eater so it made sense why I would have those symptoms and plus i had leaky gut due to sibo (small bacteria overgrowth )bile and stomach have a good partner connection.if you have sufficient bile flow,it acts as a detergent to kill bacteria and also lubricate the intestinal so you won’t have constipation.the longer your constipation the more bloating you get cause the bad bacteria are fermenting the food you eat.i didn’t start have gallbladder attacks unit I had h pylori infection and start eating healthy saturated fats like olive oil and lots of avocados.but long story short my liver and gallbladder seemed to have blocked,it would swoll up every time I eat and made me uncomfortable.i did the liver and gallbladder flushed when I couldn’t bear it no more ,when I tell you I felt relief like never before from my severe back pain, stiff neck and my eye lids that also swoll up too and blood shot eyes.there video of dr bergs trying to somewhat bash this process but he made me understand something,he said those green balls are literally bile that over time become solid stone aka gallstones.when he said that it made sense to me that this procedure thus literally activates the gallbladder to push the stones out.
Now the real science behind the procedure which this doctor didn’t talk about
For 6 days straight your are to drink 32oz of apples juice or tart cherry a day for 6 days
The active ingredient in these juice is malic acid.I couldn’t tolerate sugar so I got the malic acid powder it self(dr bergs did give benefit of malic acid which is he said was also good for thinning bile.on top of that it in apple cider vinegar which he recommends a lot.i took that plus tudca which is a bile salt use for desolving bile sludge(pre gallstones)
The epson salt is to help relax the bile duct thus improving it elasticity(expansion) and also acts as a laxative to help you poop the sludge or stone out.
The olive oil triggers the gallbladder to push out bile as this doctor joked about.
On the day of the flush
I didn’t eat till 11am and my last meal was 1pm ,you shouldn’t eat anything after 2pm
At 2pm I mixed 4 tablespoons of edible epson salt in 16oz bottle water each. Please make sure it a consumable epson salt for constipation use.
I drank the 16oz mixture at 6pm and the next one at 8pm
And at 10pm I drank a mixture of 120ml olive oil and one and half grape juice.(actual grape fruit)
The grape juice was to make the olive oil taste pleasant cause yaukkk it tastes funny by itself.
I laid down quickly as they said on multiple research videos and few minutes later I started feeling movement like I did when I normally had gallbladder attacks but there was no pain this time.
Not going to lie I was paranoid could barely sleep cause I have insomnia to begin with but when I Finally woke up all hell broke lose,my anus couldn’t close to save my life 😂😂😂.I popped every thing I ate in the previous morning and afternoon.i didn’t see any stone and got more paranoid.i flushed and went back to sleep, few minutes later my anus couldn’t close to save my life again🤣🤣🤣 i rush to the toilet, when i tell you i was disgusted 🤢 of what came out next 🤣🤣 it was disgusting 🤣🤣 a mixture of yellow and green stone balls like shape some big some small.i was shitting bile stones all day.
I felt some much relief that evening I had to eat some avocado to see if would tigger the gallbladder at that time I think the epson salt had lost it effect in the bile duct dilation and was feeling more stone still going out my gallbladder.
Can wait for two more weeks to do it again.
Before I do it again I’m taking more malic acid, tudca and milk thistle and ox bile to improve bile production.I currently do not feel any pain when I eat avocados, but some people do this procedure to the point nothing come out anymore which means they push all their sludge or stones out.
Dr bergs did say something like make sure to improve your probiotics intake cause through the diarrhea process you gonna lose some of your good bacteria and also electrolytes and also start taking stuff to help replenish the bile you’ve lost during the procedure.
Update be careful.as you start the flush, because prestones moved from their original position while preforming the flush.if the epson salt dilating effect worns out while the gallbladder is still trying to push stone through the ducts it can be uncomfortable if you can’t bear pain.found out the hard way.i was suppose to wait another two weeks before doing a next flush but the pain got worse had to do it again the Friday after the first Friday.
The prestone sizes that came out during the second flush were “scary big” way bigger than the first flush.
1st were small but in many quantities
2nd were big and not so many.
I guess because the big one settle at the bottom of the gallbladder so the smalls came out first.
But 4week after the second flush I feel so much better like I don’t need to do it again cause I don’t have attacks or back pain when I eat hella olive oil food or avocados.but I still take Tudca and ox bile everyday on empty stomach.
Some people say they do it up to 8time before getting the ultimate result.

You are wrong! I had gallstone pains and did the flush several times and all the pain were gone for a few years. I developed new gallstones, had the pains again (after consuming any fat except coconut oil), did the flush again the pains were gone.
Couple of things you don't know:
    1) one week before the flush we consume apple juice, which has melic acid which softens the gallstones. (BTW, not all gallstones are crystallized. You seem to be too ignorant on the topic).
    2) 2 cups of Epsom salt solution is drunk on the night of flush which relaxes the bile ducts so the gallstones can pass through with absolutely no pain. (Espsom salt solution is also very helpful to relieve gallstones' attack pain in general for the same reason).

Before that I couldn't eat most foods and there were some particular dishes like lentils or barley that only a tablespoon of that would bring me in an 8 hour gallbladder attack. But after the flush I can have a whole dish of those foods and nothing bad happens. Also my energy increased some. I have done 10 flushes so far and I have learned a lot. Do your own research and experimentations. This is YOUR body, YOU experiment and learn from it, be brave. Your body will always care for your life and wellbeing. It isn't broken, it won't get revenge of you or attack you (as so many doctors say). The only reason for disease is that you didn't care of it as should and this happens not for revenge but as a means to save you using the least possible harm according to the circumstances that you gave it. Learn how to help it and it will help you, that's it's job. If you give your energy to someone else, they'll do what they know. If you give it to your body it will do everything for you.

As I remember Andreas Moritz said the malic acid in apple juice soften the stones then the epsom salts hold the bile ducts open so the stones can pass through easily. I've done it so many times that I can't stand olive oil anymore and switched to safflower oil. The "stones" are still green, not from green olive oil but because bile is green.
Starting around 6:PM after having nothing beyond breakfast, I drink a pint, about 3 tablespoons every 10 minutes with a half a teaspoon of lemon juice which is just used to make drinking all that oil easier. That's it, none of the other protocol. the next morning, bile green, "soft stones" between 1/8th inch to 1/4 inch are in the toilet, AND THE PAIN IS GONE! Inevitably I gradually eat too many chips and things and have to do the flush again, averaging about once a year or two.

Once you’ve done them, you need to continue them every so often, even if symptom free. That’s the only thing that went awry for you. There’s a good vid about that, in a personal interview from the author, but I’m sure it gets covered in the book. People pass verified stones (not oil globs and other erroneous assumptions), there’s no question about it, the stones lessen and vary in color due to age and the types they are (they can be composed of a variety of things that are in excess and bind with the stones, hence the green, dark and light, white, tan, brown, and even red stones...and like you, their symptoms go away...food/eating problems, asthma, allergies-including food allergies clear up or go away entirely, dark spots and skin discoloration goes away and they regain clearer, smoother skin...
There is loads of evidence...but people need to keep in mind that medical schools in the US (and other such Western schools) spend *less than 5% of the curriculum on nutrition and prevention of illness combined*. So, they are trained to maintain, not prevent or heal illnesses, and they are primarily trained to deal with them via Rx drugs and surgery.
They’re utterly clueless when it comes to preventing....anything aside from their spoon-fed narrative of what is quite often medical mafia misinformation, and nutrition needs vary from person to person, and people’s physiologies aren’t cookie-cutter equal. What makes one feel great can not work whatsoever for another.
If they ever flipped the ratio, and spent 95% of their curriculum on nutrition and prevention...first of all, the nation would be much healthier and efficient, with a higher quality of life and lower medical spending....and the medial mafia of the AMA, FDA, CDC, and WHO, with their cronies at Big Pharma would be laying off 95% of their people and losing 95% of their profits. And we can’t have that, now, can we?
For all it’s wealth and so-called too-notch medical care, and all the money spent on it, the US is chock-fully of sickly people, even infants and children in greater numbers than what ought to be. And appearing thin and relatively healthy doesn’t always mean that their insides are functioning properly, either. Best to employ a grain of salt when taking advice from someone whose degree does NOT include more than an inattentive, passing glance at nutrition and prevention.

    • @robertusga
      @robertusga 4 года назад +2

@@donaldjones8920 I totally agree with you that getting rid of organs is the last resort. I suffered from severe gallstone attacks for years. I did several gall stone flushes which produced those black things people talk about, but they appeared to have nothing to do with gallstones, as my gallstones remained nicely in place according to the sonogram. So did the super painful attacks after fatty meals. I was scheduled for gallstone surgery which I had to cancel because of a funeral. At the funeral someone pointed me to the Forks over Knives documentary and I switched to whole food plant based eating. No more attacks!! However, the stones were still there, just waiting to strike whenever I go off the rails. So my strategy now is to keep the attacks away by sticking as much as possible to a whole food plant based diet (works so far) and with Dr's approval add Ursodial (bile acid) which over time will dissolve the cholesterol based stones I have. I am about half way through that treatment; will let you know in about 6 months if the stones are really gone. The downside of Ursodiol is that there is a 50% recurrence rate of stones. I plan to beat that statistic by taking care of the source of the stones, too much cholesterol and other inflammation causing animal products. I know the pains are horrible and if they had persisted I would have gone for the surgery. In the mean time, if you are going for the gallstone flush, at least approach it scientifically. Have them confirm you have stones and then also confirm that they are gone after the flush and not be fooled by the black blobs you may find in your stool. Gallstones are no thing to mess with.

Unfortunately it seems the only area I will agree with you in is your diet and promoting a whole foods plant based one.
With regards to liver flushing, you’ve clearly never followed the process and completed the journey yourself. So many points you didn’t touch upon.
    1. When we cleanse the LIVER of stones they pass through the liver’s bile ducts and coagulate in the small intestine, hence the size of the larger stones. Andres Moritz himself admits that you can clear some of the stones from your gallbladder but not all as it is like a pit with the duct near the top so when the excess bile from the oil is caught and floods the gallbladder it will only clear the stones from the brim of the gallbladder and the liver (due to the force of bile being pushed through the liver’s bile ducts).
If these stones really were saponified, every flush you would always get similar amounts of stones and the same colour as the ingredients and amounts measurements always remain the same.
After 10 flushes (each one being completely different from the other ) I no longer pass any stones. If your point was correct I would always be passing stones with every flush.
    2. So what do the Epsom salts do then? You’ve mentioned the oil fats and the acid from the stomach and fruit. Why would we need the Epsom salts based on your THEORY. The fact is Epsom salts - magnesium sulphate are needed to relax the liver which will also relax the bile ducts. This combined with the force of bile which rushes through the liver as we drink the oil causes the stones to come out painlessly.
Andreas Moritz has been vegan since the 80s probably while you were still eating steak in American diners. So please show some respect and research something properly before you so elaborately present with false information.

I've had the bile duct size question which this doc tried to address... But after reading and listening, my thought is that something that modern medical professionals don't understand is going on, it may not be 'bile stones' but my guess is that there's some sort of toxin building up that our medical professionals don't know about and this process addresses it's removal... Modern medicine doesn't know everything, cases in point are how "new organs" such as the messenary and the large saliva duct behind the nose and an incredible array of blood vessels in behind the bellybutton, which the ancients used as a natural medicine delivery system... And this without pharmaceutical industry or companies...
You gotta remember that modern medicine is a captured industry which has worked very hard and seditiously against the natural healing ways, to get the prominence it now has, via private companies and groups setting up 'medical councils' & 'oversight' which encourages overlooking the natural healing ways that were used for thousands of years... In other words, modern medicine does good for faulty hardware, but is an impostor on many areas where big pharma makes ongoing money off "Incurable conditions".

I can only relate my own experience with Gallstones .
About 16 years ago when I was 60 - I had a seriously bad episode
    with a blocked Gallbladder .
Everyone told me to get my Gallbladder removed by a Surgeon ..
I am very sceptical about modern medicine - so at that time -
I decided to do a Gallbladder Flush myself .
The whole protocol lasted 7 days - with the Final Day given over to the
actual Cleanse . I did not know what to expect - but over the following 24 Hrs
I had approx 10 bowel movements - and what came out of my body
can only be described as incredible. --------
Hundreds of small green pea like stones , many hundreds of smaller rice - sized stones ,
-- THREE LIVER FLUKES - and lots of sludge like material .
I separated the stones & had them in a jar & showed them to anyone who was interested.
Most people thought I was joking them - only a few believed me .
The smell from these stones was diabolical .
My discomfort & pain was instantly gone & I never looked back .
( I believe drinking the 1.5 litres of Apple Juice every day for the 6 days in
preparation - was the key to the success of my Cleanse . )

    • @Kayte...
      @Kayte... 4 года назад +14

Right. I have done this flush and I did expell a lot of gallstones. They weren't large and I did a follow up flush a couple weeks later to confirm I eliminated them all and there weren't any the second time. The pain I experienced for a couple years in my gallbladder also disappeared after the flush. Several years later I repeated when I again was experiencing gallbladder pain, again with the same results although fewer stones. I didn't pay anyone to do this, I did it at home.
Remember pre 1960s when it was common practice every spring to take cod liver oil to flush the sluggish system after a winter of no fresh greens? And consuming dandelion greens in the spring to help with this cleansing? It's something we don't do anymore and may not be as needed with the availability of fresh greens year around but still in the northern climes our diets still tend to be those crops available in the late fall that keep in root cellars of old.
I love Dr Klapper but will disagree with him on this one.
And if someone is doing this to avoid surgery, which is often an emergency situation, then it's not all that different than trying the flush and passing a stone too large that gets stuck and then requires emergency surgery. U just go into this being aware this can happen. Hopefully most people will do the flush before their gallbladder is in an acute state.

@@daliasdalias6645 The first time I did it I drank about a quart of apple juice a day with 12 drops of phosphoric acid in each quart for 7 days. Can eat apples too. This supposedly softens the stones. Other directions I found on line looking for my same instructions use malic acid instead of phosphoric acid and they also call for Epsom salts later in flush which mine do not. I did my flushes before the internet so my instructions did not come from there and with a quick perusal didn't find same.
At end of week, preferably when u don't have anything going on next day, mix and drink 1 cup of virgin olive oil with 1 cup lemon juice before going to bed. Totally disgusting and gag worthy! U might find it easier through a straw. Use a larger diameter one so u can get it down as fast as possible. The straw helps bypass taste buds etc.
In bed, lay on right side. That's it.
The subsequent flushes I did, I didn't bother with apple juice and phosphoric acid.
If u want, u can follow different instructions on net for flush but u will also have to drink Epsom salts. Olive oil is bad enough and works fine. I think the Epsom salt is to clear the colon but I see no need for that as long as u have daily bowel movements. I didn't do anything else special, no special diet, (vegetarian at time), fasting, etc. Doesn't have to be complicated. Good luck and watch for those olive green looking peas with second bowel movement. I didn't see any with first.

I thought at on time surgical procedures included removal of the stones and leaving the gall bladder. Nowadays doctors/hospitals want to take the easy way out and just go with what the medical vendors sell them as the "solution" (Laparoscopic suction). Sorry to say , but it's a mass production mechanized way to change someone's life , sometimes necessary, but often post op patients have a worse situation than before the operation. You are right, and the stones can be made of various excesses, color is an indicator of what else comprises them. Bilirubin is one, there are others. They vary in color as they clear out. They are indeed stones, and they do indeed get purged from the liver and gall bladder as the flushes continue, until there are. O more, which further proves they aren’t made up of the olive oil as so many like to claim.
Andreas Moritz fine tuned the process, and people’s asthma, allergies of all kinds, and other illnesses simply went away. New energy, symptom free. (Legally you can’t xall anything a cure, but no symptoms is the closest legal thing you can say...wonder why the AMA and FDA. CDC, and WHO are so afraid of the 4-letter “C” Word....CURE.
It’s critical to do maintenance ones, whether that’s every month, few months, or every year or so depends on the individual. Plenty of people have had their passed stones tested and it’s legit. Now, some don’t show on ultrasound, like white ones, because of their composition, even a good radiologist knows that. But the further proof is when they pass from flushes, and were previously, but aren’t there in the ultrasound anymore.

updated 7/24/2020 I had ultrasound 7/21//2020 All gallstones gone. there are few polyps measure up to 2 mm . that's it. I still gonna do that same juice every morning, this time I'll add 1 beetroots , little ginger and 1 glove garlic hopefully the polyps be gone after 2 months or at least stop the polyps turn into cancer:) I'm so happy
If you still have gallstones try this then you don't need surgery, This is what I know, the saturated fat in coconut oil doesn't require bile to break down and read the following:
This is real life real story not from any video
I got Gallstones and have 2 friends had gallstones over a long period of time, they took 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil mixed with 8 oz fresh Apple juice every morning before any food, their stones gone after 2 months, I started May 25th 2020 hopefully mine are gone too in a month or two, I'll demand another ultrasound test next month to find out. if it works I'll start my own channel to let the whole world know. so far I'm good, light urine, brown stool , constipation gone, bloated stomach gone, no attack since May 25th, every now and then I feel movement in my gallbladder like something move in slow motion but no pain, hope it was contraction from gallbladder pushing the stones out. PS* I also drink 4 oz of celery juice before the main remedy. Saturated fat in coconut oil doesn't require bile to break down , it's good saturated fat not the bad one and it's ok to drink them daily, remember one thing, our body required and good and bad saturated fat to balance.
Even you don't have stones this is still a good remedy for your guts

So please explain how to cleanse the gallbladder. I've been on a plant based diet foe a few years but I've just lately been feeling a deep soarness on my right side like I brushed something. Not painful...more like a deep softness. I was gonna do the oil flush because so many people talk good about it it's results. If I don't do th I SD what do you suggest to rid the discomfort I feel. I already feel that it has lessened the past few days as I started drinking more lemon water with raw aloe vera juice.is
Do you have any suggestions? Thanks

The cleanses can work for the stones. I know the bile duct is small but some prep work and good diet choices help open the duct up a bit. Not to say that other stuff might combine and come out too.

Back in 2008, I was 24 years old and suffered several episodes of pain due to gallstones. It was because of my poor choice of meat/dairy diet that I elected to have my gallbladder removed. I watched Forks over Knives several months back, and decided to eliminate all animal products. I literally just finished watching What the Health, and I can’t help but imagine how my life could have been different if I had been taught to eat plant based as a kid. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at the age of 30, and I can’t help to think it had to do with eating animal flesh and dairy. 😖🤦🏻‍♀️

It's the carbs and sugar that do the damage and pervert the goodness of the fats our brains need as they are made of cholesterol... And our hormones too... SAD processed diet puts fat and sugar together which is a bad mixture and has it very wrong. Any whole foods apart from the heavy carbs, will help the body eliminate toxins and naturally heal, but cutting out fat and meat will eventually make you way worse... Look at what the. Neanderthals ate.
