Good video. We stumbled across your channel as we are ending our research of moving to Valencia on a NLV. What city do you live in? Thanks for the info.
Can you do a video on Spain/US taxes? Curious if you file in US first or Spain and how it works with the no double taxation treaty.

Great video. Thanks a lot. We are just starting the process and in Australia. Did they ask for legalized copies of the documents? For the fee, did you have to download some form first before you can pay them? Thanks

Hi thanks for the info, very well articulated. I’m questioning if the amount of 50-60k is the same for a single person or was that amount for you and hubby? I’m thinking it’s less if you’re applying as a single person .

Everything I've read seems to indicate the requirement is 400% the IPREM in Spain for a single person and an additional 100% per family member. The current IPREM is 600 euros per month or $650 per month. So a single person would need to show $2600 per month and a couple would need $3250 per month. I am no expert, but that's what I've found through some googling.
