@@mjs28s No, only Catalonia and Aragon are considered NE in Spain, Bilbao is towards the East of the Cantabrian coast, it's not NE in any shape or form, it's in the NW of the Basque Country and in Northern Spain, if Bilbao were NE of the coastline, it would be in France, the Cantabrian coast runs East-West or West-East, not North-South
