Always so good to hear Jimi's voice and celebrate his music. If there are other people out there creating remixes and new Hendrix related material it would be great to create a playlist!
I went to many the multi screen, several stage level, prop laden tours of the 1990's like the Stones Voodoo Lounge, McCartney's New World Tour and U2's Zoo TV. I like to think Hendrix would have had a blast making a huge multi media spectacular during that time and his show would have been the best of all. We were all cheated of so much when he passed.
This is his last interview in a fancy london hotel a weak before he died...sounds healthy & happy....really is a tragic figure, as Linda Keith says....very very fishy death, like Cobain too
@@StephenGodsall Im a big Fan...Jimi was a Beautiful Soul....his very early death is the only issue, too me that makes him a tragic figure....Peace☺️♥️🔥.......like McCartney put it Jimi was a Comet ...here and gone 🌠
@@StephenGodsall I think the name of the graphic novel is "Voodoo Child: The Illustrated Legend of Jimi Hendrix"by Martin I. Green. I read that the companion CD has home demos Jimi recorded in his room on the New York´s Drake Hotel in APRIL 8,1968. A remastered version was released on the 50th Anniversary Deluxe Edition of Electric Ladyland, its in the 2nd CD. The home demos are in the mayority early versions of songs that would end on EL. That's totally cool Lou - the track notes explain where you can find the unedited interview. However, if you can't hear most of the words in this mix it's worth getting a hearing test

Wild arrangement man. Such an awesome vibe. Fantastically done and a wonderful tribute to the man himself.
Jimi was truly philosophical
Very true!
Jimi is A very good example of, "Before" His time! Rock on S.G.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I'm a. Hendrix devotee, and I like this
Thanks George, I was hoping it worked for devotees

If only ..... R I P Jimi . Rock In Peace
Great job, reminds me of The JH experience. His music will never die
Terrific ✨💎✨
Keith Altham is the name of the journalist/author that interviewed Jimi on September 11th 1970.
Sweet! Very Nice!
James Marshall Hendrix for ever
You bet, and with sampling technology maybe we can recreate some of his ideas - there's never enough Hendrix!

Tragic death and tragic loss - but maybe not a tragic figure?

Good for you. This Vanity project just adds to the clutter. Will you survive w/out the JH hook?
Does anyone here survive without hooks? Tell me about your projects?
Its difficult to understand what hes saying. Music overpowers his voice.
Clickbait!!
Could have done without the music tbh.
The music is too fucking loud! Turn it down! I wanna hear what Hendrix is saying!
I'm not interested in your "guitar playing".

Great playing bro or mate! You're very creative. Don't stop!
