- Jeffrey Foskett - a singer, songwriter and record producer who worked for decades as a touring and studio musician for The Beach Boys and other celebrated bands - came to MD Anderson in 2019, after thyroid cancer treatment side effects ended his singing career. Three years later, he’s using his voice to tell people about MD Anderson - and the clinical trial here that saved his life.

I have been friends of Jeffrey since 1972 and those days at UCSB when hiring Jeffrey as a student worker with our summer conference program to this day has been a blessing. I thank God that Jeffrey has been in my life and he has always been there for me and I'm there for him. My prayers for him and his family are deep and sincere. His voice for MD Anderson will be a blessing to them. God bless you Jeffrey!

While I've only gotten to spend a few hours here and there with Jeff, I am grateful for all of those moments. He is truly exceptional human being and I feel lucky I've gotten to cross paths with him and share some deep conversations. So glad to see he is healthier and doing so well thanks to MD Anderson!

After being diagnosed, I developed stomach cancer and cancer of the esophageal tract in 2017. Im still fighting the disease with my friends and family that I found have a Facebook support group Truth about cancer

Jeff Foskett was an amazing singer he is sorely missed with the beach boys. cant help but notice how great he looked at 5:34 despite his illness and being obese for most of his life.
