loved this update... i agree with you about worrying about the future. i remember being first diagnosed, i wasted so much energy stressing myself out all the time and it just didn't serve me in anyway. we are way better to just go with the flow and take life as it comes. one day at a time!
Nice seeing you again. When I don’t see you for a long time I think “she’s doing good and is living her life and is probably just too busy to get on here”. It makes me happy to think that you’re just having a normal life with work and kids and I’m sure it takes time and energy to do these videos. I am glad to see how well you’re doing on your meds. You have figured out what works for you and I’m sure a lot of us are benefiting from your advice and experience. Thanks so much❤
My hands reach across the sea to you. I have finished my chemo, had a bilateral mastectomy and am going to have reconstruction done late April. Constipation was the worst! My doctor recommended Magnesium Oxide (400 units) and a prebiotic. Both are over the counter and made a world of difference! Prune juice didn't do thing for me. I'll be taking these 2 for life. Stay the course, keep strong, prayers for you. You are a warrior, we can do this. Love, from the U.S.!
I tried the online product called Peak Bioboost due to chronic constipation outside of having a cancer diagnosis. It was a very good product I could put in my morning coffee. If all else fails try it. Some people try drinking more water and other things but doing those other things may not help everyone I tryed everything..❤
Glad you are doing well overall. Sorry to hear you and your family got the flu. I also got it twice so far this year . When cancer has compromised your entire system nothing is a surprise anymore. Thanks for the update. Stay strong and keep fighting . That’s my motto too
Thank you thank you thank you for articulating the challenges of living with the breast cancer experience. I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in early 2022. I find solace in you sharing your experience. You are a beautiful soul.
Please continue with your videos. Your explanations are so clear and concise. The most helpful I have found on RUclips. Wishing you all the best and with many thanks.
Thanks for the update sweet girl. Sending prayers up for healing and strength for you, and all of us who have to, or who’ve had to deal with a stupid cancer . 🙏🏽❤️
Thanks so much for sharing your updates with us, it help me to understand what to expect and what I can do and can try. I appreciate you taking the time to do these videos, its tough when you feel crappy, you are an amazing mom and person. Stay strong and Gods blessings you are greatly appreciate.
Thank you so much. I am sooo happy to help, I absolutely love that we can all have our little online community where “we get it”! Hope you’re doing ok 🤞🫶
Lovely to see you Dee I take Amitriptyline at night for fibromyalgia I always wake up groggy and of course lot's of fatigue and pain. The actual feeling of anxiety is the worst! Take good care of yourself 💖
So glad to see that you are managing ok. I can relate to both bc (diagnosed in 2018) and anxiety. I enjoy watching all of your videos, whether it be cancer related or day in the life videos. You look great and love your hair colour. Look after yourself 😊
Nice to see you are doing well, stay strong and positive, people like you that share your experiences are an inspiration and help to many people in similar situations. Very brave lady, best wishes from the UK 👍
Happy you’re doing well and also that you’re kicking anxiety in the ass. I’m struggling with anxiety over my health issues right now and have been having some difficulty getting it under control. I’m going to try meditation and hope for the best lol. Anyway, thanks for the update, I’ve been one of your followers since back when you made videos about ombré hair lol You’re tips were very helpful to me 😅. So I love it whenever you give us updates, not just about cancer, but about you. I’m happy you’re doing well.
Hi Dee, Love the informative videos and your easy, laid back way of catching us up on what's been happening. You're so relatable, it feels like I know you! I'm sending you all the best from NYC. ❤
Hello my lovely! How wonderful to see you, thank you for taking your time in making this update. Your experience is very valuable and opens my mind to other horizons. I find myself more capable in supporting the love ones around me who share the same journey, so for that I am very grateful. I was thinking of you recently and was wondering how your are feeling. Your honesty moves me and makes it all very real for me. I’m sorry to hear your were unwell lately. I’m pleased to hear you are on track with your medical plans. I hope it stays under control for as long as possible for you. Not overthinking the situations we have no control over and live life to the fullest at present moment this is very powerful message you are sending via this video. Sending you a virtual hugs my beautiful sister. Will keep you in my thoughts. Lots of love.❤
Ohmigawd ❤ it’s so lovely to see you! And that’s any time you like - no pressure or worries. It’s just whenever you feel comfortable - you owe us nothing, sister … not now or not in three weeks or months … as you say you’re not getting paid - but if you do set something up - I’m quite sure there are many of us who would like to help out in any way possible … You’re so hard not to love! ❤That’s your problem!! My dear ❤❤… love to you from Toronto 🇨🇦 where we think you ROCK!! 💯
So glad to hear you are doing okay. I'm happy to see an update from you but totally understand not feeling like you have anything to update all that often. Sending you love from North Carolina.
I was diagnosed after you and your videos helped me so much with what to expect. I was just told my cancer has come back and is terminal. Im taking capecitabine but having issues with it especially reacting with the pain pills im on. I hope you’re staying positive. Big hugs
I’m so sorry girls! This feeling is so awful. I honestly spent so much time the same way. If you can get some kind of therapy (there is psych-oncology) to try help you overcome this, I would highly recommend it! It’s horrible and no way to live, feeling that way! big hugs to you both!! 🫂
good to see you dee. We all appreciate the time you took to make this video. I totally understand you making your video when you have an update to share. I just appreciate you and please know that sharing your journey really does help many people no matter how infrequent. Btw.....your hair and nails are so freaking gorgeous! 😻
Lovely to see you and to get an update, sounds like you have everything under control as much as you can lol you just keep doing what you are doing honey looking after yourself and children. I will keep you in thoughts and prayers, sending hugs xxx
I had a plate and screws in my wrist that just like yours became painful all the time. When it didn't resolve with physical therapy, we determined that it was related to the hardware. I did have surgery to remove the hardware and the pain resolved almost immediately. Hope you are able to get that resolved.
Palpitations feel ugly, makes me feel jittery and even cough a bit when its a strong one. I say the flu is alot worse than covid for me. Flu fever was horrible 3x to break. You make memories, live life , enjoy your kids and take care❤
Thanks very much for your update. I totally hear where you’re coming from. Have you tried taking the Zoladex every 3 months?? That’s how I get it. And I hate it every time! Can’t imagine having it every month. I’ve already told my Dr’s I’m considering to take out my ovaries instead. As another 7 years of this is mind blowing
Great video Dee looking great glad scans clear keep strong Not easy of course I’m off the ribo my liver went nuts from it due to be switched to Ibrance soon hopefully dodge steroids 😢😮keep the faith tomorrows another day and we don’t take them for granted ❤

Hi just run into ur blog..im on my 6th cycle of ribo...my neutrophils kinda low so ill be a week delay for my 7th cycle...i also take my ribociclib before i go to sleep..it really helps with the fatigue...im a metastatic breast cancer...

Hi Dee - so happy you are overall doing great. You look well . I had a plate and screws in my knee which has to be removed though now it’s rife with arthritis ! Seems we can’t win LOL ❤
Hi glad you’re doing the best you can ….. I’m the same on hormone blockers the anxiety is awful I tried letrazole wasn’t good or esamestaine is bit better for me …. But there awful so many side effects on them …. I’ve refused bone infusion please let me know how you feel on them ❤ sending ❤️and strength
Thanks for your comments about managing worries and anxiety. Though I’m still “cancer free”, I’ve recently started feeling anxious about my cancer reoccurring. No medical reason for these feelings. May I ask about that part of your journey and how you got to this more peaceful perspective?
To be honest it was before I got diagnosed with the metastases. I basically just said to myself I wanted to live my life properly like everyone else - it’s why I stopped the meds. Unfortunately my “scan to make sure it was ok to take a break” wasn’t clear. I feel like I wasted sooo much time worrying and I should have made my decision sooner. I know my cancer would still have returned but I wouldn’t have been so miserable in between. I quit alcohol, changed my job, and cut toxic relationships from my life too.
Thank you…your words speak loudly to the logical side of my brain. It’s that pesky other side that seeks to “catastrophize” and I need to wrangle it in. Thanks Dee! I wish you continued health and happiness❤
I am sure that you mean well but you need to be really careful about making suggestions like this to people you don’t know. If you suggest something like that to someone who has struggled with an eating disorder in the past, it could lead to relapse.
@@DeeDoherty so sorry… I meant no harm. Just brought it up for healing purposes not for any type of weight management. Not intended to trigger anyone that may have eating disorders.
💕💕💕. Super mum, working, dealing with this awful illness and still managing to vlog & look bloody gorgeous all at the same time xxxx

Take a BIG glass of prune juice. Then after that some water. But stay home. You don't want to be outside when it kicks in! Wishing you the very best.

Removing anxiety inducing things, places or people from your life is such a good tip. It seems easy, but often we stay stuck in unnecessary scenarios.

for the way to heal, there is with long fasting, and autophagic principle, we can clean the body and solve the metastatic part without other product.
