Alright ya'll, I probably picked on Slade a little too much here, sorry about that. Obviously, he's not my cup of tea, but I don't think there's anything wrong with liking him. I think the jokes at his expense were playful, but can understand if they didn't seem like that.
So I'll do my best in the future to not dunk on the characters I'm building so hard.

Yeah, it kind of sapped the positive vibes I had going into this. I can totally get not liking the character (im not particularly big on Deathstroke myself) but having read his comics over the years, it's unfair to his actual fans to call him "Combat Killer Guy". Dude is a family man who at one point even tried to redeem himself for the sake of his children and was willing to alter reality just for the chance to save his long dead son. Even took a crack at being a hero/anti-hero for a time.

I love that "I have a black belt in all martial arts" bit. There are hundreds, if not thousands of martial arts, and less than half of them use belts, let alone black belts. That's actually more absurd than "I speak every languages, all 7000+ of them." When fully immersed in a culture (such as moving to Paris) you can become proficient in the local language in just a couple months without having a particular talent for languages, but in most belt-using styles it takes a minimum of 5 years to gain a black belt.

The problem with Deathstroke is the numerous iterations of the character. Marv Wolfman who created Deathstroke, made him a Namor type of villain, a bad guy but with a degree of honor. He's really the anti-Batman. Complete with a British servant, although both men wouldn't describe it like that. Later writers removed any of the nuance in the character and just made him Murder Man. There is an argument for Battlemaster instead of Champion for the fighter subtype because he often studies his opponents before attacking. (See the Judas Contract, best comic story arc ever) He probably knows calligraphy, too. ;) Those early new Teen Titans comics were great, with Wolfman and George Perez (the crisis and later 80s Wonder Woman artist).

I think the character is more interesting, or at least can be used more interestingly in stories, then he appears. There’s more to his history and stories than “Anti-hero who good at everything”.
Though, to be fair, he’s often best used in stories where he’s explicitly the villain, where being an unstoppable killing machine is more tolerable because he’s supposed to be an obstacle to overcome.
All that not to say your taste are invalid for disliking him. I just wanted to provide some defense of a character that I think is more interesting than you imply (IMHO). He’s not *just* a power fantasy.

I think we need a cowboy of some sort. In fact, we need an Undead Cowboy. We need - Danny Trejo's Guerrero De La Cruz from Dead in Tombstone, and its sequel Dead Again in Tombstone.
Guerrero is the leader of the Blackwater Gang, with a high bounty on their heads. After saving his half brother, Red, from the hangman's rope, he learns of a bank filled with gold - seems there's a mineral dispute going on. His plan - take the gold, walk out, and no one needs to be killed. However, Red murders the sheriff, betrays Guerrero, and convinces the rest to do the same. They then fill Guerrero full of lead, and take over the town.
Awaking in Hell, Guerrero encounters the Devil, who states that Guerrero is to be tortured for eternity. Guerrero makes the Devil an offer - the souls of his betrayers for his - to just give him 24 hours to do it. The Devil decides to give this some thought.
One year to the day, the Devil's like "Alright, but you only have 24 hours, and all must die at your hands." What happens is quite the revenge story. The sequel's pretty good too, has he's trying to stop a gang of Confederate remnants from getting a sacred object that can raise the dead.
Guerrero was a human, but he's now undead-ish. So, Reborn might be a good pick - lots of cool things, like resistance to poison, advantage on several saving throws including death saves, no need to sleep, eat or breathe, being able to add a d6 onto skill checks, and two skills - let's grab Animal Handling and Perception. Oh, and a floating +2, +1, or 3 floating +1s. Personally, +1 to Dexterity, and +2 to Constitution - trust me.
Stats - Dexterity (15 (16 with boost) - he uses guns a lot), Wisdom (14 - he's good with horses), Strength (13 - he does get into melee at times and throws stuff), Constitution (12 (14 with boost) - he did come back from the dead after all), Intelligence (10 - not needed for the build) Charisma (8 - he lost the loyalty of his gang, but to be fair, Red had a serious Bonus to his Charisma modifier, and temporary Expertise in Persuasion.)
Background - Criminal, but swap Deception for Persuasion - he's not into lying, and prefers to ask. But he's certainly big on Stealth.
Start off as a Rogue - Acrobatics, Athletics, Investigation, and Slight of Hand. All help you to get around, find those traitors, and send them to Hell. Add Expertise to Stealth so you can hide really well, and to Animal Handling, so that you never fall off of your horse. Oh, and Sneak Attack is nice. At Level 3, take Assassin, so that you can send your former friends to Hell faster. At Level 4 - Crossbow Expert - now he can be really good with those hand crossbows.
Switch to Fighter for a bit. Grab Archery. Al Level 3 Fighter, pick Cavalier - you're never falling off that horse. Grab History here. Also, no one is going to harm your allies without paying for it. At Level 4, grab the Tavern Brawler Feat, to give you a d4+2 punch, and now you can use those improvised weapons really well.
Now, switch over to Ranger. Grab Nature here, and let's that Deft Explorer and improve either Investigation for finding those traitors, or Perception to locate hidden danger. Also, make Humans Favored Enemy. For Fighting Style, grab Dueling. At Level 3 Ranger, go Hunter, pick Colossus Slayer. At Level 4, improve Dexterity.
From here, it's a question of Fighter or Ranger. Fighter has an extra Ability Score point, and improved Extra Attacks, plus Warding Maneuver and Hold the Line. Ranger grants Roving, Tireless, and a few other things.
Stats to boost - Dexterity, of course, and then either Strength or Constitution... possibly Constitution.
By the end, Guerrero shoots really good, hides really well, and never falls off his horse.

Fun fact: Deadpool was originally a super serious, tryhard never fail, badarse killer. Yeah, Rob Liefield just rips-off ideas... I mean parodies. Well, if the definition of parody was "slightly alters the source material". It wasn't until after the original team that created Deadpool was long gone that he started being a comedy act... but liefield would still take full credit for the character. I know he technically was a creator of white Wade Wilson... but he just saw that his neighbors had a '98 Honda civic and bought one with a different trim package. Once he sold his Honda and a mechanic tuned it up, put a bigger engine in it with NAS, a flame paint job and started winning at the dragstrip, Bobby Liesalot showed up to help accept the trophy.

I mean, Deathstroke struggling with interdimensional threats makes sense given how he's human still. Sure, he has a healing factor, but he's still human. Deathstroke typically had to rely on outsmarting and finding alternative ways around foes who were alien or god-like.

I like Deathstroke, but I did get into him when I was a younger teenager, where his primary traits are "he's a badass" and I was the correct age for that sort of thing. I do still think he makes a good villain, however, being fairly intelligent and tactically brilliant, when he's written well, he makes for a great "henchmen" or "hired gun" type bad guy, and almost always guarantees a good fight sequence
Beyond that, yeah, not much, but I suppose if you want to be the world's deadliest assassin, you have to be not much of anything else, I don't think I would ever want to RP this type of character outside of a one-shot, but I would definitely run Deathstroke as a recurring villain in a campaign

5:29 Are. . .are you kidding? That's literally a critical part of Deathstroke's backstory, his family. Hell, he became an enemy of the Teen Titans in the famous Judas Contract storyline because his son couldn't close a deal he made and Slade had to take over to avenge his son. Hell, he lost his eye because his own wife shot him the head for recklessly endangering their son and rendering him mute because he didn't tell her he was Deathstroke. It's almost like you did no research other than basic abilities. Like, saying Deathstroke isn't a family man is the equivalent of saying John Wick never married. The exact opposite is the same for both of them and is a driving point behind why they do what they do.
