He's been a hacker, a mechanical engineer, a bomb-maker, a serial killer, a con artist, a videogame designer, a master thief, something of a scientist himself, a novelist, a private investigator, a forensic scientist, a criminal profiler, a multi-millionaire, etc. etc.
He's basically good at everything except for fighting and recognizing his own debilitating mental illness that causes him to repeatedly let himself get caught and the inability to sometimes see past his own preconceptions, i.e. he's unable to figure out that Bruce Wayne is Batman because in his mind there's no such thing as true altruism (which again it's debatable if that's Batman's actual motive, but still...)
Oh, and the fighting front, if you include the Arkham games, he once build a mech suit, making him the only boss off the top of my head that Batman literally couldn't beat by himself.
