Always appreciate any time you use footage from the Smallville episode Absolute Justice, after eight seasons of them dancing around DC lore it's extremely funny and jarring to just suddenly see a comic accurate Dr Fate costume.

I was gonna say it might be good to do 2 levels celestial warlock and then the rest of the levels arcana cleric. Dr Fate is built off of that the power is from the helmet and the bond to Nabu but you don’t quite get “godly power” just from a warlock. So the 2 levels would be able to get you eldritch invocations like reading everything and permanent detect magic and then past that you get wizard spells plus cleric spells all based off of wisdom and finally you get that “godly power” in divine intervention. I think you may have made a mistake with the build. Starting Int was 15, boosted to 17 with custom lineage. It should have been capped at level 8 instead of 12. Also, the graphic said Hold Person instead of Hold Monster, but that's easier to ignore.
True, but the build is the Hero "Doctor Fate" rather than the host. It's like playing a hexblade, but you're the magic weapon instead of the wielder. That's my thought, anyway
I wouldn’t have gone with divination wizard myself: abjuration seems more appropriate to me, if only so that there is more “no” to use, and a free ankh shield! Still, solid stuff, Tulok!

At 8th level, you can cap your INT and increase your con by 1. So that frees up an ASI for either an 18 con score or resilience for con. There problem solved.
Great build, but would've love to see Dr. Fate as a clockwork sorcerer. Manifestations of Order could be reflavored to be his ankhs and Bastion of Law would be all of the shields he uses. The big flaw with this build (and warlock builds as well) would be the need to build up his charisma, which usually doesn't align with Nabu much.
I think your math is off on the Int improvements. You had 17 at level 1 with Custom Lineage and the 15 in Int, 19 at 4, so you could cap it at 8 and still put a point elsewhere, or take a half-feat at 8. Great video as always though!
