Yeah it’s great to learn. Gua sha is very effective notice the next few days after it’s windy a client will day : I slept wrong/ slept bad, jacked up my neck. It’s Mainly from the wind 🌬 and combination of some unhealthy ways prior to. 🍟🍕🍻🍷🍷🍷 Wai I use a soup 🍜 spoon 🥄 from Asian restaurant/style.

I use gua sha whenever needed and it is effective. If the inflammation is deep persistence is necessary. Temporarily the skin can become very dark, almost black mas the inflammation disperses. If there is no darkness then perhaps you are on the wrong spot. I like to use Taiwanese wood tools, but I have made some lovely cherry wood ones. it is easy.

I tried your method and I had a 50% relief straight away! I have a nerve that gets pinched every time I turn my head up, it's a very sharp pain that goes trough my left scapula into my arm and makes my fingers tips numb, this pain is also constant that wont let me sleep for days, thanks to your knife technique now I can feel knots all along the neck into the trapezius muscle , something that I wasn't able to feel using just my fingers. God bless you man!

This is full of snow and sweetness.
I love seeing and hearing the earlier, younger, sweeter version of you.
You're baring your genuinely kind-hearted soul, the authentic you. This is what makes a good RUclipsr great.
I loved how you kept smiling through this one. You made me smile with you and laugh with delight, as you deliver outstanding advice.
Because of your shorter haircut, I discovered the round body marking at the center of the back of your neck.

I had been brought to my knees from the sudden intense neck pain. I was desperate and had tried a bunch of remedies... ice, heat, massage, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, muscle relaxer, etc. Nothing worked. Discovering this video, it was a God send!
My pain, stiffness and overall range of motion was abysma!
It took several hours of scraping to start to notice some relief. But when nothing else was working, muscle scraping was the slow & steady remedy that appeared to work!

I’ve tried TP injections, ultrasound therapy (felt gooood but expensive!) tens unit, etc.. Still..pain, pain pain! 😖 Tonight, I did muscle scraping using a wooden spoon with a thick l, rounded smooth handle. A few strokes to my OCM and instant improvement on my range of motion. Instant pain relief!! Why haven’t my docs and therapists told me about this?!! Heaven sent! Oh thank, you thank you!!!!!!!!

This realy helps. I used olive oil, did the neck and shoulder. Got tinitus, and degenrated disks, 3 of them in the neck and 3 in the lower back. It realy released the mucle tenssion

I do the same thing but I use the face rollers. I like the Revlon jade roller as it's more sturdy. And no, I don't work for Revlon 😆 It's just more sturdy for massage. I also use it on my feet for planter fascitis.

I just used my index finger and a little oil - amazing difference after just a few minutes. I could definitely feel a little knot one side - l was a bit worried (l'm 78. You do get worried...) but it went with a few minutes massage. I'll do this regularly for a few days. Thank you so much!

Light muscle massage usually will help relieve tension. Use your finger tips and do small circles over the area for 10 seconds. You can also repeat this by doing it concurrently with a neck stretch to target areas even more. Thanks for watching!
