Damn y’all put my blinker on the chopping block😂 This is 100% my first bike had it for only a little. It’s been the bike I’ve been learning all the mechanics and maintenance on. Everything that has been done I’ve been doing myself. Didn’t quite make it to the chain and sprocket yet. I appreciate all you did the bike is KILLER!! You guys are wizards, I couldn’t recommend any more than I do you. Stay safe🤙
I love your channel. I'm 14, living in Apopka, and want a bike. My dad won't let me get one until I move out, but when I do, I will definitely take it to you.
@lucas-w2s2y awesome man! My parents were the exact same way. As soon as I moved out I picked up a 2007 ZX6R and never looked back! Bikes are so much fun and a huge thrill! Always respect the machine and take care of it. It will take care of you as long as you take care of it 🙌 thank you for watching! 💪
Aha i had 1 of these, very interesting. Mine made 90whp with full akra and filter, couldnt find any stacks at the time. Oddly it barely needed any tuning at WOT but everything in the midrange was shocking. I can also confirm the oscilation on the graph too here in uk trim. I also know of 2 others finding the same. 1 with pc5, 1 with rapidbike and mine flashed on woolich. A mystery it seems.
@jasperpearce8316 yeah wide open was minimal changes for sure! We did find some power utilizing ignition timing but overall hard bike to pull power out of. It is such a strange occurrence and this is one of the few bikes that does this...
@rafaellastracom6411 it mainly feels electronic. Because anything under 95% throttle or so, it does not do this at all. Almost like what another guy on here said, it feels like a soft limiter occurring
@@JayCBR1100xx we have tried every parameter available through the woolich software and can't get it mapped out. It's bizarre and only happens if throttle is greater than 95% at the higher rpm range.
@@marcswinnen9100 I know on zx14r's they have a tc issue (even when disabling thru dash and rectifying the tc mapping in woolich software). But that is at a specific spot in the mapping at lower rpms typically and launching the bike in first gear. Someone else mentioned a soft limiter as well. That's our only guess at this point just very odd it's the only bike I know that does this.
There is someone on 650f forum who fixed the top end issue by replacing fuel pump and/or fuel pressure regulator

@DominicOliva-p3l haha man our editor likes to clown on us every now and then 😅 sorry about that!
Anytime I take my motorcycle to the shop I make sure it is spotless. My bike has never had that much dirt on it ever

Well done again. I worry about the spockets when I see the lack of chain maintenance.
@blengravers we see poor chain maintenance the most! Hopefully a few of these videos will show people to take care of them more!

if you could, dyno a Ninja 1000 too.... it's a mysterious bike
@AST4EVER those aren't very common. We have done a few over the years but definitely few and far between out here. I'll be on the lookout!
Did the instability seem like it was electronically generated? Mechanically it might be clutch related. Let us know how you resolve the issue.

Is the 2024 better?
Maybe its some kind of restriction at full throtle
These bikes have a high rpm soft limiter that, from what I’ve seen, can not be tuned out.

Is it not possible tc is off but still electronics cuts inn ?
That’s what I am thinking the ecu is still telling it somewhere to slow down or soft limter
