There is a new mod that came out yesterday "True Stalker". Seems very promising, i've played a couple hours today and I'm having a blast. Absolutely worth checking out.
I've been playing it since yesterday night yeah it's great! Been really enjoying it too!
Gonna try to make a quick "first impressions" video for tomorrow before I leave for xmas holidays!

You can actually finish the mission with Strelok, and if you Esc the dialogoe before the final dialogue option, you get to keep the three of them as companions forever, at the expense of having to keep the Monolith Shard in your inventory and having three companions FOREVER. You still get the final quest to bring the info back to Sidorovich too.
This is pretty funny when you later meet them, because there will be two of each of them.

19:29 Yeah the FPS in Jupiter for me is the worst. I somehow get more FPS at Rostok of all places compared to Jupiter. The new update did make a difference for me though! Went up like 8~12fps around Yanov.
I know you are on the loot goblin team but maaaaan using medkits instead of stimpaks in the cnpp raid while you say you are stuck and you need to heal quick come ooon
Faction patches have no weight, so you can keep them on you all the time.
Those monolith are saying "Surely he isn't going to throw ANOTHER grenade, right?" As Cheeki is about to throw 6 more.
Man, wish you took more time on the artefacts, I even slowed it down to 0.5 speed and still was confusing as hell...

19:58 , me too bratan, me too. pressing f plus one click and then just hovering, having all the information in one spot just beats right clicking everything and remembering what gun can take what attachments
and a tip for the 45:00 hallway up the ladder. The enemies teleport in on the left in a deadend. best strat i´ve found, go up the ladder quickly, turn left and throw 2-3 grenades over the boxes. Should get most of them, bar 2-4.
I have a question, probably a dumb one but i already searched on the discord and everyone pointed up to the problem but nobody gave a solution yet: the fps counter has been removed, anything i can do to restore it? I already use rs_stats but it's annoying because it takes up too much of the screen. By the way, i love your series and i comment on this video because i still have to finish this episode. I am watching it since episode 1 and also your guide to install gamma is top notch, good job!

Maybe I’m a noob, but after many playthroughs, I only now realized the voice inside the NPP was The Monolith talking to you.
Fight against Monolith was really "ass" class 😂. PS (monument).
Why do you still use regular medkits? Stimpack are super easy to craft from those medkits, and they are immensly faster than medkits.
Can you give a guide on where the best places to farm artefacts is?
It's hard to say. In ironman like this run I love Garbage & Yantar.
These places are relatively safe to be in, you find all the types of anomalies (burner, chem, eletro, grav) and they're small maps so very fast to do.
Technically places up North are "better" as you have better chances to find higher tier artifacts, but we have a crafting system so I'd rather chill in the safe places for longer and craft my way up to the good stuff.

Btw why opting for compass + full empty instead of two compases? yes compas is a bit more expencive but seems way better statwise.
I actually didn't try as a previous GAMMA update prevented you from having two of the same attachment, to force a bit build diversity etc...
Maybe something changed since, but I'm pretty sure you can't have the same item twice in your belt.
@@CheekiBreekiTv Oh that explains a lot, i am still on the super old version of gamma where i just have double emerald, double compas, heart of oasis thing. What equals to being nearly immortal. I have not updated because i want to finish current run and ulock all factions. But my world is so old, that the game begun to slowly disintegrate and become unplayable due to mounting bugs and crashes.
i use 1 shot in rifles not full auto . its works : )

If you middle click (mouse 3 aka scroll wheel) a companion that normally can't give loot too (like Strelok, Stitch, Rogue), and click on the backpack icon, you can give them your loot. Just don't forget to take back your loot before ending the mission that dismisses them!

Yeah I ignored artefacts for a long time, and it was actually Grok and I don't remember where explaining that GAMMA was actually balanced around artefact use... and that's when I decided ok, I really need to put more effort into grinding for them!

Sorry for replying in English. The mercenaries are friendly in the bookstore base for the mercenaries in the outskirts.
Afaik the mercenary squad at Pripyat is neutral. Also, if you’re allied with a faction, you can bring stalkers of a hostile faction to their base as long as they’re your companions.

They're always friendly with anyone that's not duty, military, or unisg iirc

How come you can have 4 companies and i can only have 1?
It's part of a mission, you lose them as soon as you end the quest!

There's also a mod setting. These days it's set to 1 by default but in previous versions it was higher.
