- I wanted to do a quick new playthrough to see all the changes in the STALKER GAMMA 0.9 update, and being a giant fan of @FloydsonYT style of videos I wanted to try a similar format.
I did not anticipate the GIANT amount of editing and voice over it required, so here's a "test video" with the 3 first days of the playthrough.
We'll see if you guys like it, let me know if you do in the comments, because it takes so much time to edit / record I'm not sure yet I'll keep going if there's not enough interest. Yes I'm lazy.

Youre Light Armour is the best you can get i really like the Predator Suit is almost as good as a Medium Armour very nice :D

here is my honest feedback since you asked for it: i dont like this style, the vibe is like those school presentations in 3rd grade "what i did in the summer holidays". its not very relaxing to watch because you get bombarded with one scene after another and yet its kinda boring after a while at the same time. given the obvious great amount of work that goes into creating it like that, i dont think you should bother with more of this. your "live commentary" as in the invictus videos is much more entertaining, at least for me. now this is of course my own thoughts and opinions on the matter, other people may have a different experience. i still clicked the like button, however.
edit: that being said, i love all your stuff and even if you produce more GAMMA videos like that i would probably still watch them. :)
This video look like a "i survive 100 days in Minecraft hardcore mode" but in stalker, keep making like this video you deserve a like from me

That Groza witht he 'Dolg' suffix you picked up is an ABSURDLY good gun for early game. It uses 5.45 ammo, but hits like a 7.62x39, and has, I think, a 60 round mag. Uses NATO sights instead of WP. Can't use any suppressor, though.

One thing I don't know if you noticed, the Freedom guys you were following around were the same who told you to leave their kills in Garbage.

Only issue with that is in game days/nights take sooooooooooo long lol its like 2-3 hours for a full cycle pretty sure.

I HOPE you will make a new Invictus run, this time with a faction that can participate in Lost to the Zone. Your military series is some of my favorite content for Gamma ever made. This vid was great too btw, really liking the narration and the familiar paths you are threading all around.

cheeki, in video options, turn sun shadows to medium to get rid of the weird shadow striping. it is on low by default.

If i go to Rookie village, I will take Fanatic with me for a few days, with the PDA quest, he can give you some more mutant hunting quest on other area. Other companion would give quest this way

You've made me fall in love with S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and it's mods all over again, especially by pointing me in the direction of several lesser known mods or by doing these unique playthroughs. I imagine it must be a lot of effort on your part, making these videos, but the passion shines through and I'm always excited when I see a new video of your pop up. This was very enjoyable to watch, not only it does a little story telling it also gives new players a form of reference/guide to get a feel for the game
yea that pump station mission is just about impoosible without a rifle with a scope there is no cover i even tried sneaking in at night and no matter what you get spotted.

You can re-enable saves by disabling campfire save in mod configuration menu.
(main menu -> mod configuration menu -> YACS)
And for the god mode make sure Debug Mode is ticked in the launcher, then from the game main menu F1->F7 and you'll have everything there.
Love this style of content, in general all your stuff is some of my favorite STALKER content because of how high quality it is. Keep it up!
the quick editing doesn't let us bask in the zone very well, the quiet atmosphere between the fights is important! (vid was still very enjoyable)

my boy really got gunsmithing tools in the first few days.. meanwhile i'm on 30 days.. 236 stashes found and no gunsmithing tools in sight.. i got 15 basic and 8 advanced and 4 medtools tho which is nice..
I'm surprised you don't know this, but you can repair any weapon part as low as 10% if you need to. You just need to buy the part repair kit to do it. This will let you repair any part from 10% - 60% condition. Armor parts need to be at least 50% to fix them. I was annoyed that I sold a ton of parts below 60% when I realized this finally. Someone will now inform me that this isn't the case on hard mode. :) Love the content!
but that repair kit costs like 55k and only becomes available after you give the tech advanced tools. i guess you could find a lucky one in the stashes, but to actually go buy one you'd have to be really desperate. better spend the cash on ammo.
I am sure he knows it, and I am also sure that he knows that it's not worth it lol because by the time you get a second advanced tool, you will just have hundreds of parts lying in your stash

19:46 Human average running speed: 10-15 miles per hour, much slower when in heavy gear, like we have in Stalker. Average dog speed: 15-20 miles per hour, so, about double that of a human with armor and a heavy backpack. Wild boar 25 mph, pig 11 mph. Outrunning these animals should be impossible in the game. This motorcycle running speed and jumping around in heavy gear like a grasshopper is very immersion breaking and a big no no in my book. Otherwise good video, although I'm missing the longer, tense gunfights you had in your early videos. 33:51 All those Snork jump attacks should have hit you. What's going on in GAMMA?! 😆
mine went the other way, started with all the gear stalker sunset armour, by day 10 it was wrecked and im starting to repair the noob gear and wear that as dont have the parts!
1:27 A blast from a KS-23, regardless of ammo type, would rip apart a human wearing anything less than a mech suit. Not an exoskeleton. A mech suit. Like, gundam style.

80k should be enough to get a brand new TOZ and armor. Game's great but parts cloud it too much, I don't even loot broken shit anymore.. New game, hunt anomalies, mutants and occasional tasks. To hell with warehouses of crap. It's not even interesting to watch, because interesting stuff happens 5% time and 95% time it's juggling/hauling crap in numerous boxes.
I guess the barrel durability matters for weapon damage
Do you record in 1440 or 1080. I always play in 1440 but it seems so zoomed out in recordings. I love your videos. Youre the Stalker OG

The boars are the worst mutants i swear, they are fast af, tanky (15 regular 45.ACP to kill one) hunt in group of 2 or 3 i swear i would prefer to hunt snorks (who at least die fast) than these boars

AI seems way smarter with this 0.9 update and I love it. I've been getting shat on by rookies.
I always take the 3 rookies with me to the anomaly, take the anomalous bread and give it to one of them, then sell it later for ~1,2k.
It does not matter, vet or rookie the bolt nade mistake is always looming.
It is interesting that with 'Hardcore Aim' on, they just shoot so bad. Seems Ai do better without it. :D
Did the new update replaced the grass and vegetations? The game is a whole lot more optimized now at least thats what i instantly noticed.
